It's called asking for forgivness when you do something wrong, when you sin. It's not being a hypocrit, hypocrits don't ask for forgivness they just keep doing the same thing wrong, but claim to be a christain. Claiming to be one, does not make you. You can claim to be a number of things in life, doesn't make it so. By a persons actions is how you would be able to tell if they are or not.

No, i'm sorry I thought I had answered that. You're not supose to commit the same sin over and over. I'm not saying you're perfect by saying that, I knw that there are things in everyones life, and some people may have a hard time to stop some of them (sins), But thats why if you pray and ask God, HE will change your desires, but ...that depends on the person, (are you really wanting to stop that sin?) You can tell if a person is a christian or not by their actions.
It's not God's fault that they are sick. I prayed to God for help, and nothing happened. Actually, things got worse. I therefore came to the conclusion that there is no God.
good can give you good things to see how a chrsitian will use the gifts and he will give bad things so that people can see that christian can keep faith and still help people through the bad.

As a christian you're not suppose to serve God for what he can do for you. You're suppose to serve him no matter it going on in your life, through the good times and the bad times. Change does take place in your life when you become a christian, for some it's instantly some it takes time, but are you willing to to serve him if it doesn't come when YOU thk it shld is the main question. Most people give up too soon, they want things their way or they walk away. Thats not truly serving God.
