i agree. Spidey is too fast to adapt to. Unless you've seen him in action befor than u have no chance anticipating his moves. Even still, Spidey sense anticipates Bats' moves and dodges them with ease like idk, every other human. lol Bats' doesn't have the strength to hurt spidey, and pressure points won't do too much good. Not even Bats' is good enough to anticipate, and catch spidey in a specific pressure point at the same time. Not if Spidey takes you seriously anyway. lol, and webbing. once he's caught in webbing, game over. Bat's can't get out quick enough. Spidey's web is stronger than steel cables.
Of course that's the actual scenario, but these people don't much follow the likelihood of reality, it's all about 'Batman can't be beat' to them. The better thread would have been Batman vs. Galactus, Darkseid, Thanos, Apocalypse, Doom, Beyonder, and Living Tribunal. It would be interesting to see them explain that.
where's paola, this guy gets off-topic 24/7 and just offends people, i've been burned for less
but anyway, a few people come in every 4 pages or so and say something like "batman can do this and that and this and that and the other, spiderman is a spider man.....BATMAN WINS!"
completely one-sided posts that dont prove anything arent gonna make other people think "hey thats true...I SEE IT ALL CLEARLY NOW"
from comic book experience and facts, spiderman definitely wins this one imo
The martial artist of marvel and dc all fall under this category they all know one thing and that is martial arts. Nothing esle where are the batman has useing everything at his disposal, environment, you mental state, are you happy, or sad. And the list goes on. And if you ask me this a whole new ball game. Batman's martial arts incorporates everything.
Batman is not stupid you know, going up against a person who juggles plants with a trump card. May be spiderman would be stupid enough to do it.
the spider sense does not make spiderman predic batman's every move. Spiderman has to see the attack coming before he moves. All esle he would just be falling traps after traps.
AND WRATH WHY ARE PUTTING YOUR POST AS IF I WAS THE WROTE IT. LOOK AT YOUR LAST THREAD. OR ARE YOU HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT YOUR GUY.
he doesnt have to see the attack coming, spidey's spider-sense is like a 6th-sense, you dont have to see someone following you to know someones following you
as for batman using phychology (or whatever it was you mentioned), this is a random battle, usually batmans opponents are people he knows alot of or criminals, nothing along the lines of spidey at all
spidey never shows true emotion in battle anyway, remember he's got the smartass comments (which batman would immediately know is to hide emotional personality)
Batman always has the intelligence to take out all of his enemies. Before he goes head to head with someone, he finds out all about them, they're weak spots, they're past memories, everything you can possibly imagine, and uses them against you. He makes batsuits solely for certain battles, and he would make a web resistant batsuit for this one, perhaps one that would make webbing dissolve on touch. He would obviously find out his secret identity, and all about Uncle Ben, and use all that against him in the fight to mess with his head. Batman even beat Superman before, he jsut gathers every single possible resource to beat his opponent.
Plus, Batman has Alfred. I think we have a clear winner here.
......this is a random battle, its not on the concept of spiderman coming up to bats and saying "hey, i'd kick your ass now, but ill give you a week to make something against me and then i'll kick your ass then alright?...good" *swings away*
but he's not a freakin pre-cog, this is a RANDOM battle, as in they interact with eachother and get to fighting, batman cant see the future so he wont know whether to do that or not, and since this is a fight between two characters from different universes there wont be any intel on spidey at all and the same goes for batman
Ah, that reminds me of something. Batman already knows about Spider-man. I remember when they each fought each other's enemies, Batman faught Carnage and Spider-man faught Joker. Batman won the fight against Carnage. Obviously strength wouldn't be a factor in Batman vs. Spiderman because Carnage lifts 40 tons and Spider-man lifts 10 tons, and Batman beat Carnage. So he already has some knowledge on Spider-man, but he would win even if eh didn't!
Lol, oooh, you got me. Excuse me, but I believe you were the one discussing 'sucking' someone's genitals awhile back. And I don't need to 'act' anything, I'm not the one putting people down when I have nothing worthwhile to say. You're funny.
And Cosmic, I don't remember Batman beating Carnage, but you have to remember the writers rarely know much about the villains, and of course they're going to have the hero beat the villain, that's what comics do. However, Spider-Man wouldn't win on sheer strength alone, but with strength combined with agility and his spider-sense. Spider-Man's spider-sense does anticipate Batman's moves. It doesn't mean he knows every move Batman makes before Batman does, but Spidey has been fighting long enough to know where certain blows will come from. In a hand-to-hand fight, Batman is not likely to even touch Spider-Man. Special 'bat-suits' and 'web-dissolving materials' are cop-outs for the writers. Spider-Man has been known to use 'spider-suits' and special webbing if he has to, but this is just a fight. Anyone can beat anyone with special techs.
You make a good point with Alfred, but you forget Aunt May. Nobody beats Aunt May. Nobody.
Alfred and Aunt May would get in their respective fighting stances, about to attack eachother then they notice how attractive the other is and run to eachother and start making out. Spider-Man throws up and passes out after seeing this but Batman, having the stronger stomache, resists the urge to regurgitate and thusly wins the battle.
