But if "some other writer" does it then it's not "Saint George" so you're back to being EU, which is based around a loose set of guidelines from George Lucas anyway.

It would have to be a "ghost" writer as by George Lucas's own admission he's crap at writing! As we all know the Star Wars novel was ghost written by Alan Dean Foster.
