you made a mistake on FF7 the main character is cloud you see in the JAP version you reserect Areis and her death is no big deal and yhou are finding out the history of cloud and you learn alot about him alot more than any1 else and in the JAP version you resurrect Zack and he give you even more info on Cloud After he goes through the life stream thing or whatever the F$%&^ its called
