Lana, those are gorgeous... Jamie's absolutely mesmerised by the recent ones. He's a designer so he's like 'What program is that? Ask her what program she's using!!' So... um, what program, where can we get it and by the way, sista, your work is fabulous

The one for the fractals is called Apophysis, it's freeware so you can download it for free, just google the name and you'll find it

It's one of those programs where you just play around and see what you come up with, really Much easier than the other fractal program that I have....

I just had a play, but I can't figure out how to save them... as they won't open again. I know I'm being a dumbass, but what else do I need? I literally downloaded the Apophysis program, but none of the other bits on here http://www.apophysis.org/downloads.html
Do I need it all?

The only thing you need is Apophysis 2.02, the other stuff you don't.
If you go to http://sya.deviantart.com there's a very good tutorial for the program, as well as things you can download for it.
To save them so you can work later go to File > Save Parameters; to save it as a JPEG you go to Flame > Render to disc.

Thanks chick, I initially only downloaded Apophysis itself. I'll get rid of the rest. And a tutorial would be very handy!!
Your stuff is getting better and better, by the way, even though I didn't think it possible

never let the music stop
(photomanipulation/digital painting, PS7)
(yes, I am aware you cannot see the parts that have been painted, as they were hidden once I put textures on. I still painted a LOT of that damn thing.)

faces in the fog
(Photoshop 7)
(I dunno what this is, exactly....I did it entirely using PS brushes. I like how it looks though, people on deviantart said it'd look very cool as a giant poster, or the cover of a novel or a documentary DVD case or something.)

I can send you the full-size version of it, it's about 3 times as large as that (KMC scales down the attachments)
