Heh... just a couple of notes before I go over that, Rusky.
It seems to have escaped the rules, and I cannot alter that post any more (too large... grr...) but Dunadain should only have three background points.
Also, no mithril items at this point, please. +5 chain is fine- it adds to the Manoeuvre whilst wearing it. Mithril is rathe more spectacular than that.

Rusky something is wrong with this:
One-handed edged weapons- 10 + 3(prof) + 20(strength) + 5 (lightning reflexes) + 30 ( 5 points + 1 point from 2 subt points) = 68
care to explain that +30??? (if you mean you spent all your weapon skillpoints +5+1 on it, you can't cause the max you can add at one skill per lvl is 3 points which gives a +10 -also 6 skillpoints only gets a +20-)
so add those 3 points somewhere else

Yes, there are shields. Well, get back to me when you have chosen, Rusky...
Horses are relatively cheap, which is to say, Gold is worth a lot. The most expensive starting horse you can start with costs 20 gp. Actually, I think Fire is likely owed a background point there.
