"Captain! We are catching up to the pearl!" Annamaria shouted.
"Soon, the Pearl will be mine again." Jack stroked his beard.
"Man the cannons! ready the guns."Jack barked at the crew.
Elizabeth came out of the captains quarters. she had been trying to wake vickie.
"Jack, you must see this!" Elizabeth beckened Jack into the captain's quarters, where Vickie lay. Vickie was holding onto her empty rum bottle, but there was something inside. something parchmentish.
"It's a piece of parchment. it says the ritual to end the curse of the treasure. I dont know how it got there." Elizabeth explaned.
Jack took it out of the bottle.
"Aye, so it is. Well, we have the ritual and they have the gold. what should we do?" Jack asked, more to himself as he thought.
"I have an idea. Gather the crew. We need a distraction." Jack said with a evil look in his eye.

Jack picked up Vicky.
“Are you almost sober darling?”
“Sober…was I drunk?” she answered.
“Yup she’s coming around.” Will answered looking at her. He waved a hand in front of her face she winced.
“You’re giving me a headache, too much commotion.” She whined
“Welcome to the world of drinking love!” Jack smiled.
“Now then, are you a good actress Vic?” Jack asked her she looked at him confused.
“Well, I suppose on occasion I have a dramatic flare but…hey! What are you planning?” Will lifted his cheek into a smile. Jack sat her up on a chair.
“Well you don’t mind water right?”
“…No…” Vicky’s eyes bounced between Elizabeth, Will and Jack.
“Ah, no worries then.” Will smiled.
“Now then Vicky, this is what you need to do.” Elizabeth told Vicky the plan.
“WHAT? You have no idea how much risk is involved! You’re crazy Jack, absolutely out of your mind. Besides I have the worst hangover in hangover history”
“That’s odd.” Jack said scratching his head. “The Vicky I knew wasn’t afraid of a fly.” Vicky glared at him; Jack knew she couldn’t resist a dare. Raggetti burst in.
“Jack!...Capitan Jack…Sparrow, Capitan Jack Sparrow.” He stumbled.
“Ah yes, I know we’re coming up on the Pearl.” Jack smiled shortly. Raggetti smiled, relieved he didn’t have to risk another embarrassment.
“That’s it!” he beamed. Will and Elizabeth brushed past him followed by Jack leading Vicky. The pearl was beside The Devil’s throat again.
“Jack…still haven’t given up have you?” Roberts laughed. Jack shot a hole into the side of the boat.
“Apparently not.” He answered.
“Load your cannons!” Roberts barked.
“You heard him!” Jack yelled at his crew. Vicky looked nervous. Roberts turned away and went to order around the crew.
“Uhh…Jack. I’m kinda nervous.” Vicky said clenching her jaw.
“Why love?”
“I haven’t voluntarily been kidnapped before.” She nodded.
“Oh it’s easy.” Jack pushed her sending her flying off the boat. She landed in the water causing a splash.
“You bastard!” she said when she had landed, loud enough that only Jack could hear it over the gun shots.
“Love you.” Jack mouthed to her smiling. Then Jack gestured down with one finger. Vicky rolled her eyes.
“JACK! OH DEAR I HAVE FALLEN OVER! YOU SHOULD STOP!” she yelled.
“I CAN’T WE SEEM TO HAVE LOST OUR ANCHOR MATE!” Jack yelled back, he sensed Roberts watching the scene. Elizabeth looked over the edge then went over to Jack.
“BUT JACK WITHOUT VICKY WE CAN’T UNLOCK THE CORTEZ CURSE! OOPS!” she said loudly. Will came over.
“ELIZABETH! THEY CAN HEAR YOU!” Will motioned. Roberts smiled evilly.
“You there!” he ordered at a crew mate. “Go get her.” One of his miscreates climbed down a rope ladder and picked her up by the torso. Vicky looked back at Jack and sighed. When they pulled her up on the Pearl’s deck. Roberts took her and put his sword to her throat.
“HOLD YOUR FIRE!” Jack commanded.
“If you don’t disseat now, I’m gonna kill her!” He smiled revealing all his crooked teeth.
“JACK JUST FORGET ABOUT IT!” Will said. There was a silence. Jack nudged Elizabeth.
“oh, YA IT’S NOT WORTH IT! OBVIOUSLY ROBERTS HAS OUTSMARTED US AGAIN!” she finally said.
“WELL GOOD LUCK VICKY! DON’T DO ANYTHING I WOULDN’T DO!” Jack winked. Vicky smiled. The Devil’s throat stayed still as the Pearl stayed on.
“Too bad Jack! Too bad! We’re on our way to the artist’s warehouse to pick up our bearings! TAH!” he shouted. Once they were far away. Roberts told one of his men to bind Vicky and take her to the gallows.
“Uhh…Robert dude this was my ship, I think I can show myself to the gallows.” She smiled. She then walked down bellow with her hands behind her back.
“##### little thing ain’t she?” Roberts laughed. In the gallows a pirate popped his head in.
“You be good now or the Capitan might show his rather unfriendly side.” He laughed doing the throat slitting motion.
“Oh my god, I hope he doesn’t. In the meantime I will be terrified” she smiled sarcastically and lay back on a hammock.
On the pearl Jack, Will and Elizabeth looked at each other smiling. Annamaria came up to them.
“Are you CRAZY? We need her to get the treasure! Now there’s no hope in getting it!” she yelled.
“Roberts might need this.” Jack held up the instructions for the ritual. She looked down.
“Oh.”
“oh.” Jack smiled.
“Bloody brilliant.” He said under his breath as he walked away.
