Bullets move twice as fast as those shruikens they throw. Plus if you get hit ten timess with an assault rifle, you WILL most likely die. If you get hit ten times with shruikens, daggers, or needles, you will not die, but heal in a day or two.

I'm starting to think that the fillers will never end. As it is, Kishimoto Masashi seems to be stalling the manga as well. Recently the fights have been lasting all of one chapter and ending with one of the ninja groups running off.

If the anime doesn't start up again by the lunar new year I'm giving up.
