tobi's zetsu arm should be a dead giveaway. he's probably a cobbled together type of guy without an identity cause of his birth/current make up of his body and mind, or a clone, only clones say stuff like "i am nobody" (rau le creuset, rey za burrel, liquid snake, etc)
man, i see so many things that inspired kishi it's not even funny, for instance, the white zetsu were inspired from the TWELVE series created by urien from SF3.

Iruka was underestimating the rookie 9 and Kakashi took offense to his question their judgment that they were ready for the Chunin exams. Kakashi lets Iruka have it and rips him a new one.
And Gaara made me laugh out loud, here, with his comeback:
