I know but I don't much care for item users. Particularly when the item in question is very odd to use in battle. Puppet users get a pass because they fight in cover anyway with long distance weapons.
I personally don't see it. We don't see the destruction caused by his SSR attack but it couldn't have been weak. And he has taijutsu showings whereas Utakata does not. Actually, him and Yagura have hardly any showings compared to the others. Maybe Kishi is saving their best skills for later? And his acid is not as impressive as Flower Fruit Mountain in my humble opinion. Comparing the size of both anyway.

Which makes me want to make a five bad band now.
Tobi would be the Big Bad.
Yagura is the Dragon for being the closest to him, since he did control him during life.
Utakata would be the Evil Genius if I had to pick one, based on his fighting style anyway.
Han and Roshi are both the Brute.
Fu and Yugito are both Dark Chicks.
Fair enough, can't really tell whether Tobi was stupid enough to touch Torune, or Torune just infected his right arm as he was being sucked in.
Sorry, don't see Tobi's right arm touching Fuu at all in any of those scans. Fuu dodged Tobi's thrown right arm. It never hit. It was a misdirection.
I do see his left arm touching Fuu. But if he cannot warp a person unless he has touched them at some point in time, it would be kind of stupid and unexplained.

Nah, you just give puppet users a pass since Chiyo is a puppet user.
Eh, doubt his SSR attack was one of his more destructive ones. It's powerful no doubt, and hard to dodge, but doesn't strike as better than his Lava Armor.
To be fair, his only Taijutsu showing is his Lava Armor, which would make anyone think twice about engaging him in Taijutsu. Ergo, double-edged sword against anyone but a Taijutsu specialist. Besides, his Lava Armor was used when his tail was out, whereas one of Utakata's bubbles was devastating in base mode.
That Alkaline certainly isn't as impressive as Flower Fruit Mountain but it has the defensive perk of the Lava Armor i.e. makes one think twice about getting in close. And he's a slug, so he'll have a degree of invulnerability thanks to his malleability.
So even with his lack of feats, I'd still pick Utakata over Roshi and any other revived Jinchuurikii, with the exception of Yagura. Sorreh.
That's a 5 man band with 7 people.

Dude, that sfx is the same one as the sfx that is used when the kunai goes through Tobi's head. His right arm was already phased through Fu's head so if he made it tangible, Fu'd be dead.
Like I said, Tobi touched Fu with his left hand. He never touched him with his right.
Also, I've always wondered, does mirroring the scene really get through the copyright issues?

Sort of. If you alter it in an artistic way, it is protected by fair use. This is how people get by with "fansubs". They absolutely cannot charge for their fansubs. Since it is changed from the original and they do it for fun but do not charge for it, it gets by as a "fair use".
Mirroring the show could also be seen as artistic IF they do not charge for it.

I know Utakata isn't S+ based on the two things we've seen from him, namely bubbles & alkali excretion. Admitted as much to Aura.
