Samwise/Sean Astin [merged]

Well frankly I'm disappointed how Sam has not been mentioned.
from the very beginning Samwise Gamgee has helped Frodo and from then has stuck by his side, The ring would not have been destroyed and Frodo and middles earth would have died without him- WELL DONE SAM!!!!!!!!!!!

no....if not for GOLLUM it wouldnt have been destroyed, frodo claimed the ring.....and there was not a thing sam could do about it, still love the guy like

yeah but if it wasn't for Sam gollum would have taken the ring, or a nazgul, and even Faramir but his speech made him have a change of heart and I quote: "WELL DONE SAM!!!!!!"

yeah....faramir only wanted it for his father...respect and love...., "a chance for faramir captain of gondor to show his quality" the word faramir says to himself upon seeing the one ring....the exact words his father says to him

although whooo sam, and after all sam does for frodo he still turns on him..trying to stab him in tt!

Poor Sam, all he wants to do is give Mr. Frodo a bubble bath and Gandalf won't let him.

just realized how many dirty things are lying around these forums....witchy hanging over beds....ppl wondering what happened to frodo while he slept.....gandalf having baths.......delving in the mines with gimli......

Sean Astin just showed how loyal Samwise is, I mean the books he didn't strike be as a very important guy but in the movies, argh, he's so sweet and adorable. He's the only one that Frodo could really depend on and at the RotK ending in the Grey Havens when Frodo gives Sam this look that seemed like he's trying to say, "You understand, my dear Sam..."

And would it be better if Frodo actually ended up giving Bag End to Sam and Rosie???

omg me and my friend were watchin the 2 towers and gollum just said " stupid fat hobbit..." thing and my friends like awwwww stupid sam and she ment to say awwww poor sam and stupid gollum hehehe it was soo funny

that is what I said, Sam worked on the gardens for a long time, it would have been nice for the garden to be hisown, it was the least Frodo could have done, I hope bagend didn't go to lobeilia baggins like in the book!

The look between Sam and Frodo when Frodo is hanging over Mt Doom did it for me. You could see that Sam understood that Frodo wanted to just let go but he wasn't going to allow him to. I hate it when Frodo puts on the ring at Mt Doom, the look on sam's face breaks my heart.

I know, and I think sam should have got a special invitation to the undying lands too because after all he sacrificed his life to stay with Frodo, he could have gone home or carried on under the protection of Aragoorn, and the big hug at the end of rotk -weep weep-

yah ... i really wish there were another movie ya know? like what happends to Frodo in the undying lands like that
