I went to somewhere near Edinburgh (did I spell that right?) remember I said I went to Dalhouise (think that's how you spell it) castle and you said you'd never heard of it. And I bet you do have an accent, to me you'd have a really strong one. Me and most of my friends don't think we sound that welshy but when I go to see my relatives in England they're like oh my god you talk so fast and they say we sound really welsh...eww. And also Wales is cold and wet so I don't care...and I like rain too  as we discussed before... plus you get more snow!
