No, that was just in the case of USSJ, and perhaps Buffed up Cell. In reality, being buff doesn't make you slow. I mean, if you look at Olympic runners, for example, they're buff as hell, and yet fast as hell. It was an exception with USSJ, because it was simply taking SSJ, increasing the power, and decreasing the speed. A simple tradeoff.
And I DID give proof. You haven't given anything to DISprove it. Might want to try that out before you tell me that I haven't given any proof to it. All of this stuff was even said in the *dub anime*. It has the original manga, and the anime, and even the dub backing it up, why would it be wrong?

Buu 3 as u are refering to him ---IS--- stronger than kid buu. Look at it this way. Goku and Vegeta had to fuse to beat buu 3 because goku could not defeat him at SSJ3. However Goku stood evenly against kid buu at SSJ3 and said to vegeta that he could beat him but he wanted vegeta to have a go at him. So clearly that proves Buu 3 is stronger than kid buu? no? ok here.

Buu3 has all the power of gohan,trunks,goten and including piccolos smarts and strength. Giving him the ability to think and buu 3 also will know many of goku and vegetas attacks.

nope, When Kid buu absorbed Buff Buu he only absorbed 1 Normal Kai, But when he absorbed Dai Kaioshin, He had in him Dai Kaioshin and the Kai before him what turned him into the Buff form, SO it doesnt make any sense how Buff Buu was stronger that the Fat Buu. Becos Buff Buu only had 1 Kai in him and he was weak.
...Dai Kaioshin WEAKENED him, and is the ONLY Kai that did. This is stated in the dub, so you can't claim ignorance, because you evidently have seen the episode. His good influence and happy demeanor, etc., etc., made him weaker. South Kaioshin, who was close to him in strength, and was ALSO the strongest Kai(this is also stated in the very same episode/volume), but as he is NOT Dai Kaioshin, he did NOT weaken Kid Buu, but instead STRENGTHENED him. South Kaioshin made Kid Buu into Buff Buu, and from what little evidence we have, he's stronger than Super Buu. Dai Kaioshin made Buff Buu into Fat Buu, who is stronger than Kid Buu.
Let's look at it this way(it will work for any numbers, regardless of how you work it). BTW, these are completely random numbers, so just put in anything here that makes sense, and it'll work the same.
Kid Buu: 10
South Kaioshin: 9
Dai Kaioshin: 8(Supposedly he was the next strongest, but I've got no real evidence of this, but it works with any number that is lower than South Kaioshin's).
Kid Buu(10) + South Kaioshin(9) = Buff Buu(19)
Buff Buu(19)+Dai Kaioshin(-8)[Good influence stuff taking effect here, therefore it lowers his power) = Fat Buu(11
By that, it shows that Fat Buu was indeed stronger than Kid Buu, if any doubt remained in your mind, and therefore, Super Buu, and all his transformations are as well, with Mr. Buu being weaker. Evil Buu is debatable on this one...Some people say he's stronger because he absolutely demolished Mr. Buu, but others say that it couldn't work since he's only a part of Fat Buu(though we don't know how much of a part he really is).
From what I could gather, Evil Buu was simply the manifistation of all the evil that was in Fat Buu at the time, cleansed from his body(making him into the much weaker, but purely good Mr. Buu) when he got angry at those men for killing(nearly killing, whatever) Bee. He was pretty much the same as Fat Buu, when you look at him, except without the good demeanor. For one, he had exactly the same clothes on, and they were all baggy and such as well, as if they were made for a person much larger. He was not, in anyway, Kid Buu.

Mystic Gohan > FP(Full power, what Goku used against Fat Buu and tried to use against Kid Buu)SSJ3 Goku. Goku himself said that Vegeta and him would DIE against Super Buu together, when Mystic Gohan was kicking the HELL out of him without even using Ki attacks. There's also the fact that Goku knew that Gotenks would be at least as strong as him in FPSSJ3 when they were SSJ, and this was BEFORE the time chamber. After the chamber, they could go SSJ3, and were DESTROYING Super Buu, though not as well as Mystic Gohan. Trunks stated that Mystic Gohan was stronger than them fused, and Goku said that they would be stronger than his FPSSJ3 in simply SSJ. By that alone, you can tell that Mystic Gohan is MUCH stronger than FPSSJ3 Goku.
Kid Buu is NOT stronger. He is the second weakest of the Buu's. To think otherwise is wrong. Just read the whole topic, that'll show why.
Yeah maby, But i stil cant Beleve Kid Buu being the Second Weakist!! He Was the Buu what they had the hardist time againts, But they was Fighting with him at SSJ for awhile and putting up a good fight. :/
Goku fighting Kid Buu as an SSJ2 was another piece of filler created by Toei. He went straight to SSJ3. And if you didn't notice, Vegeta got the crap beaten out of him in SSJ2.
Seeing as Super Buu 1, 1.5, 2, and 3 are stronger than him, as are Fat Buu, Buff Buu, and possibly Evil Buu, it's pretty plausible that he's the second weakest. Also, remember that just because he's not the strongest doesn't mean that he isn't strong, because that obviously isn't the case.
For the record, he might be stronger than Evil Buu, so he could be the third weakest Buu.

1) Super Buu + Gotenks, Gohan, and Piccolo doesn't exist. Gotenks's fusion wore off inside Super Buu 2, so it was Goten + Trunks + Piccolo. Adding Gohan to this doesn't change this, either.
2) Evil Buu pwned Mr. Buu. Kid Buu barely pwned Mr. Buu. Evil Buu + Mr. Buu = Super Buu. Super Buu + Gohan + Trunks + Goten + Piccolo = Super Buu 3. THat's the mathematical way to prove Super Buu 3 > Kid Buu.
3) Goku had to fuse with Vegeta to defeat Super Buu 3. On the other hand, although Goku couldn't achieve Full Power SSj3 against Kid Buu, both him and Vegeta agreed that Goku would win if he could.
That is all. This can not be debated. If you try, you are only wasting your time, as Math is never wrong.
I dont see how u can say that kid buu only barely owned fat buu, they never fought.....
Goku did a hell of a lot better against fat buu than kid buu, plus the fact that goku said he could've beaten fat buu but he wanted to give trunks and goten a chance cuz he wouldnt be around forever.......
kid buu became not just a little weaker by absorbing the kai's, he became considerably weaker, as he gained a conscience......
then he absorbed and made up for some of that lost power, but when he reverted back to his original form his power became unrestrained.......
but dont forget that after a saiyan does battle he gains a considerable amount of strength after regaining his energy, that explains why he put up an okay fight against the most powerful buu, kid buu.......
and in the end the only way to win was the almighty spirit bomb, otherwise it would've taken another fusion to beat kid buu, and they even doubted that a fusion would've won, when they knew that fusing would defeat buu 3, plus goku even states that kid buu is stronger than before at the very end of episode 264 !

Vegeta says that he would be killed by kid buu if he fought him and then ask goku if he can destroy him. He says not at this point because he's drained all of his energy, but he could of when they first started fighting but he was holding back to let vegeta have a go at him. So. He coudlnt defeat buu 3 at ssj3 and says him and vegeta would be killed, the only way to beat super buu was to fuse but says he could of defeated kid buu if he wasnt holding back. If u cant understand that then go away.
You r just making shit up about them not being able to beat kid buu even if they were fused, they would have anihalated him but they didnt think it was fair to fight him fused, when kid buu wasnt.
And kid buu and fat buu fought when kid buu was gonna kill hercule, kid buu burst out of him. He got his ass kciked badly but thats beside the point, ur just dumb.
