Nothing you recognise from the tracks, Roan. And Xeth- from what you can tell, not a type you have ever seen before.
But there is almost certainly no way pirates are legally using droids, Xeth...

And it is difficult to simply pick up combat models on the street. It is approaching alarming levels of coincidence for Xeth, anyway.

"The hearing starts at 10am tomorrow morning. The Viceroy will be taken under heavy escort to the central court complex. The hearing will last as long as it takes- if needed, we'll have to go into a second day. Court closes at 6.
The judge, Xian-Tai-Tek, is pretty solid. He's handled a lot of corruption cases and he'll be on the look out for any tricks being played by the Viceroy's legal team. There will also be two senators overseeing the proceedings- this is big business. And before you ask- no, neither Senator has even the remotest connection with the Trade Federation.
In short, the set-up is extremely impartial. The journey to the courthouse is not long. There is no reason to think that things will not go smoothly. All the hearing has to do is establish that a case has been made that is strong enough for the Viceroy to stand trial. That is all that is needed. There is no question of witnesses, and cross-examination. This is not the trial itself. It is simply the presentation of the case as made by Kenobi, and as we all know, that evidence is irrefutable. So the whole thing is just a matter of sitting the Viceroy in the courthouse long enough for him to be arragined!"

You'd need an expert in that kind of thing, Xeth. But you do know- it;s not easy to steal combat model droids. The manufacturers have that down pretty tight. That is why the Taloranians hired a Jedi like you to look into it when it DID happen- it was quite a big deal.
I'll need options, actions- a plan, in fact- from the Anzat team now. You have two broad things to be thinking about- the Corsairs, and the droid/kidnapping.
