This is my first post here but i think i have the supershadow post that is possibly one of the stupidest things he's ever said
"Hey SS, some guy on eBay is selling your Revenge of the Sith plot summary along with a few pics from Revenge of the Sith. I can forward you the e-mail if you want to see it. All he did was copy and paste your page. I come to your site every day and just thought you should know about this. Sadly I wasted $2.00 on something you give me at your site for free. (SuperShadow: Hahaha. Somebody is ripping me off. Hahaha. This is hilarious. I hope this guy makes buckets of money ripping SS off. Very funny.)"
Is this guy a psycho or what

laughing

I knew he was a fraud from the start...

I had a friend recommend the site to me, and once I read it the first time I smelled a rat. His answers seemed too vague and his comments about Lucas being old and fat seemed to be a little too much for a "close, personal friend."

I tested my theory a week or so later. I spoke with amy Allen (the actress who plays Aayla Secura) at Comic-Con, and she mentioned to me that she had recorded some dialogue for Aayla for Episode III. I promptly sent this to Supershadow, asking if Quinlan Vos was going to be in Episode III, and mentioning that amy Allen had told me she had two lines in the script.

Wouldn't you know it, I never got a response and two days later he had a scoop from a Lucasfilm insider that Amy Allen had a speaking part in Episode III. That confirmed all I needed to know.

In addition, there was a German site that had audio clips and images of the changes from the DVD release on their site a full two months before Supershadow revealed his "exclusive" info...the very same pics!

Poor deluded man-child...

Anybody know how old this Supershadow guy is? I'm thinking he's around 17...although I could easily imagine him being 40 and living in his Mom's basement.

I'm so disappointed that he's not legit and I'm not going to be able to bid on the role of Grand Admiral Thrawn or Ben Skywalker in episodes 7-9.

I can't wait to see Nebar Foxis in action in episode three, though. I wonder...will Foxis ALSO be played by a black and white photo of Chris Isaak?

Delicious, if you go through this thread, you will find all kinds of info about the illustrious Mickey Suttle. Pics, place of business, home address, phone numbers, all that.

Use at your own risk though, I hear he's pretty nasty with viruses and email bombs and whatnot.

Look what he posted today:

"Hey, Supes, one thing. Why did Lucas put fart jokes in the prequel trilogy, making some moments that could have been really cool somehow ridiculous? (SuperShadow: Lucas cites ancient mythology as the inspiration for fart jokes in his Star Wars movies. Some of the greatest mythological stories have characters who constantly fart.)"

this is just plain ridiculous

Fart jokes...

Yeah, doesn't anyone remember the sheer amount of ass-humor in the Iliad? Or Hamlet's touching "Horatio" speech, shortly before he rips one?

If only we'd seen such inspiration in the original trilogy.

"Luke...I am your father! Now pull my finger!"

BRRRRAAAAAAAPPPPPPP

"Good one, Dad!"

Heh - good thread....here's a collection of experiences and thoughts....

1 - When TPM and AOTC were in development, I read SS's plot summaries and "scripts". I don't remember how long before the movies' releases they were on his site. I do know that they were pretty darn accurate at the time. I have no reason to doubt what he has posted now for the ROTS "script" is inaccurate, regardless of its origin....

2 - SS can be pretty funny with his off-the-cuff remarks, for sure, but fans of the site expect that when they go...it's kinda like a game, I think...what crazy thing can he say today in his responses? I don't take anything I read in his daily updates terribly seriously, and I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to....is that how people who want to be taken seriously act? wink

3 - His info in the scripts and summaries and what-not doesn't have to be original, as far as I'm concerned...so he gets it from somewhere else? Where do you think they got it? As far as clearing-houses go for good info, it's there...I learned to look past the fluff that permeates the site wink

4 - I think that SS is someone who truly and deeply loves the Star Wars films....I think that whoever it is (I've seen Rick M and even GL himself batted about as the authors...heh) he's probably the biggest real fan that I have ever seen...he runs and pays for that site, he spends the time to update it, he aboviously thinks about Star Wars a good bit (even if it's a little wrong sometimes wink ) so where's the harm? He may be an idiot, but he and his site have prompted a pretty good sized thread here....I'm not a rabid fan or a "defender", but I always like to keep things in perspective....SS is very entertaining and he DOES have some real info there....

As far as posting gems from his site to snigger at here....geez...where do I even begin?")

cool , you must be supershadow !

this just came in today !

SuperShadow, how is it that you are able to post all of this information without getting trouble from Lucasfilm? I would think that George wouldn't want this information on the internet. (SuperShadow: Where have you been for the past six years? I’ve been doing this stuff forever. By what legal means is Lucas suppose to use to do anything to SS.com? My First Amendment right to free speech trumps all of Lucasfilm’s rights. You act as if Lucas would hire a law firm to monitor SS.com day and night until the end of time. Not gonna happen. Lucas is the biggest tight wad on Earth. Also you have to remember that everyone at Lucasfilm (especially Lucas) is completely incompetent at everything. They couldn’t stop SS.com with an assist from the devil himself. SS will always be above the law.)

Bah , he's really getting out of control again .

And also Dth Angl , all his "plot scripts" are stolen from others hard work !

Well, the internet is an outlet for all manner of lonely, deluded jackballs, and that's fine. But I think it's also good that sites like this exist to refute ridiculous claims like he makes on his site.

All his talk of scoring though...this guy is REALLY lonely. He's got to have hairier palms than Chewbacca.

Hehehehehehe

Yeah, he does rip-off lots of stuff....

I'm one of the few that actually has a glimmer of belief that the site is a giant joke....consider the fact that SS frequently attacks fans of Star Trek as mindless zombies and perenial losers for so closely following a movie series....then procedes to as closely follow Star Wars....classic.

He does cobble together his info from online sources and from other fan sites....then bashes them. I think the site is very funny....and when I'm looking for Star Wars info, I usually go there as part of the rounds since in the process of ripping-off other sites, he pulls all the info together in one spot wink

I can reommend that everyone go to SS for a good laugh at least wink
