We can't take courses from different grades here as the whole class always stays together in all subjects (except for some languages where we can choose)... so if you fail in one subject, you have to repeat the whole year in all other subjects, too
You can only skip a whole grade if you're hyper-intelligent but nobody ever does that I think, even if they could
And Im going to come to the 11th grade though in Austria we call it 7th... in german counting it would be between 11th and 12th
Have no idea what that equals in british/american counting
