Ok, the combined efforts of Castor and Rade and San, who can use the other phone of course, means that everyone is out save Cloud, whi is caught by the Agent at the entrance to the Hut. He aims a Straight Punch at you.

San, you awake on the Percy to a giddy nnightmare of motion; you are extremely nauseous. The ship is travelling at full speed, and you can hear the dreaded noises of the outer hull being cut open.
"Next left! Next left!" Finn is shouting. The ship almost flips leftwards as Marduk brings it hard over.

The Straight Punch connects, sending Cloud flying back into the table that the Shez's phone was upon, smahsing both table and phone and breaking most of Cloud's face.
The Agent smiles, and starts to stroll forwards.

"Ariadne!" yells Dallas.
"Oh right, yeah..." she says, getting to a terminal and tapping away at some keys. Dallas plays idly with the EMP button.
Whilst the Shez stays put, the Percy has been caught, and is now without options. Too many to shoot, going too fast to not crash if you use the EMP, and no time to land.

You MIGHT be able to grab the phone, Cloud... though it is out of your immediate reach.
Whilst the Percy cannot use its EMP... the Shez just isn't.
