lol I agree that if they're saying stupid things like "I hate her because she gets to kiss Daniel" and stuff like that. But some people actually just don't like her, and that's that. Just like some people like her, it's the same thing, it's just someone else's opinion.
I have nothing against those who hate her before Harry Potter. But those girls who hate her becuz of the Harry Potter film, then it would be very pathetic.
Hey anyways! I read about she kissed Daniel? Not in film does it? Actually I just came back home after watched GoF. There is no scene where Katie kissed Daniel
Actually, no one even knew her before Harry Potter...She'd never even done a school play before, she'd NEVER considered acting as a career...Think of ALL those girls who'd worked so hard just for a chance like that, and it's given to someone who's never even been in a school play before? You have to sympathise, if those girls are being reasonable, and not just saying "Oh, I hate her because she kisses Dan!"
No, she doesn't kiss him, but she apparently does in the next film.
OK, she said in teh interview that they really liked taht she was scottish, and mike newell said that she is so adorable he could see why harry was smitten with her, so they ahd their own particular perceptions of Cho- a cute scottish girl who could act (newell said the flipping monkeys thing, he liked her acting) so it wasnt just luck. She was just what they were looking for. Maybe they also wanted more scottish people in the film.
Yeah, it was his vision of Cho, but it doesn't mean people have to agree with it lol.
In an interview, she said that at her audition (the open audition) they asked the 40 people who was scottish and she was the only one so they said "Hold her back".
Thing is, they never asked my 40 whether they were Scottish
"Yeah, it was his vision of Cho, but it doesn't mean people have to agree with it lol."
uh, duh, i obviously agree with you, thats why I said "nope" as in "nope, people dont ahve to agree with it"
lol there were around 5000 girls, which is why they could've done slightly better in the looks department. I mean, she's not terrible looking, but not exactly beautiful either. I would've accepted it was a good choice if I thought she was actually really suited for the role, but I actually don't think she is
