I will explain how the Resistance wins, the time-loops come full circle, and how John Connor inevitably dies, if I get around to finishing and posting my T5 and T6 scripts...
until then, you might enjoy My T4: Rise of the Resistance script posted somewhere in this folder...

Let's leave the negative sexual connotations out of this discussion. Besides, until you've actually read his fan-fic piece, I don't know that you have a place judging it. No offense, of course, just speaking out of fairness, Obi.
I'm I and the others will be looking forward to reading your T5 and T6 scripts once you finish them. In the meantime I did enjoy reading your T4 script which was very detialed and well written.
There was this tidbit that ran in International Movie Management:
"Warner Brothers is setting up "V for Vendetta" to shoot in the UK and Berlin early in the spring, and there is also talk of "Terminator 4" going into production in the UK during 2005."
Not much, but thanks to "Juan" for pointing it out to us nevertheless. It still means the producers are eyeing an overseas shoot for the film, which means the Guvernator won't be involved, as the Big S has said many times that he won't appear in the film unless it's shot in L.A.
Mostow to Direct Swiss Family Robinson

June 15, 2005
Walt Disney Pictures has hired Jonathan Mostow to direct its remake of Swiss Family Robinson. Variety says Mostow will take the script by Greg Poirier and rewrite it with Sam Montgomery (who wrote Breakdown and U-571 with Mostow).
The studio considered putting the story into a contemporary setting, but changed it back to the book's 19th-century period. Filming is expected to start in Australia next year.
Mostow plans to direct Will Smith as a superhero in existential crisis in Tonight, He Comes, for Columbia Pictures. He is also awaiting a Terminator 4 script from "T3" screenwriters Michael Ferris and John Brancato.
Well Kate could have programmed Terminator based on her memories of the events. SkyNet wouldn't have known. It's like in T2. How did Arnie know the Voight's address? Or that they were John's foster parents without the police computer?
as far as John Connor being killed by the T-850 in the future, but still somehow being around long enough to send the T-800 back to save his Mom and himself, as well as then having the Resistance win...
...I've worked it all out for my 2 sequels, T5: The Uncertain Future, and T6: EndGame... T5 covers events from My T4:Rise of the Resistance to the Resistance first major victory in 2029, Kyle Reese coming of age and being sent back, along with T-800 and T-1000... T6 covers events after Kyle is sent back thru the time when T-X is sent back, up to and including the death of John Connor, at the hands of the T-850, which is then captured, contained, deactivated and reprogrammed, sent back to save John and Kate rom T-X... and includes the 'closing of the loops' moment, which definitively ends the series!!
some day I'll get back to work writing them out, but I have it all worked out in my head...
