Save it, go to User CP > Edit Profile, upload it, and paste the code it gives you into your sig field.

It's not too big.....are you using IE? If so, there's this bug with it that saves images as BMPs, which will make it too big. Right-click the preview of the attachment and select 'Save Target As' and it'll save right. I'll attach the avatar so it'll work.
