First off, I just wanna say how proud I am that this thread took off and I would like to thank all of it's contirbuters...except the jackasses that I've seen. You're all doing a great job at keeping to the topic at hand. Now anyways, I've seen some really good ideas about this and that on their, and here's my idea. Let's all get together, buy the rights from Marvel and open a comic company or cartoon company or something. I dunno, I'm rambling, but I'd like doing that.

but, wouldnt carnage be evil, no matter who it's on? I always wondered about "depending on the symbiotes first host, does that impress a behavior on it?" I mean, cletus(the dumbas) cassidy killed and htought murder was justified, and thought it was fun. so the symbiote would also have that behavior? i mean when he bonded to ben rielly he wanted to kill...

Robo- you're spot on- the symbiote does evolve a nature of its own that includes the behavior and preferences "conditioned" into it by the original host. There's no other way to interpret the Spider-Carnage incident. Also, its clear that memories are transfered from host to host via the symbiote- and "memories" are a component of how one interprets and respond to new situations. This is behavior and behavior is a large part of how we (outside observers) would percieve an individuals "personality." Since the memories are held in the symbiote, one can expect that they influence it.
