His flight speed is 100c. However, flight speed and combat speed are two entirely different things. But, Glads also has some good combat speed feats aswell.
Glads has been shown moving multiples of lightspeed, what, once? 20 years ago..?
Superman does that decently regular.
In typical showing, Supes is leagues above Gladiator's typical showing. Which is what's considered. If you want to include one time feats and count it as a consistant ability, Superman has flown so fast he BOOMTUBED and teleported[Yes, with the BOOM effect and all.].

This is the scenario Superman meets Gladiator after saying the Shi'ar for the thousandth time he is really feeling good about himself when Superman stops him and has who are you and Gladiator say I am Gladiator and I am the protector of the Shi'ar Empire and who are you? I am Superman defender of Earth. Gladiator say yeah I have fought alot of people there their all weak. Superman says thats your opinion Gladiator has that right and thats what counts. Superman has I wish not to fight you. Of course you don't I wouldn't want to fight me ether hahaha. So Superman takes off unaware he is heading for the Shi'ar empire he gets with in 500 miles of there planet and Gladiator stops him where are you going and Superman just ignores him and Gladiator take great offense to his disrespect and turns Superman abounds and punches him in the face knocking Superman miles away till Superman gets his barrings and then Superman tries to fly at him and hit Gladiator but Gladiator just stands there while Superman is unaware of Glads force field and stop dead in front of Gladiator and punches him with no effect while Superman is baffled he hits Superman again when Superman comes back he tries to use his heat vision to no avail then Gladiator says nice heat ray now try mine and at temperatures reaching the suns surface hurts Superman a bit then while Superman takes a minute to think of a plain he see Gladiator moving towards him and in a flash disappears and then seconds later Superman gets knock threw a rotating moon destroying it with the impact while Gladiator is waiting for Supes to get up. Superman comes up with he must have a force field protecting him maybe I can vibrate threw it and attack him so he turns himself in to pure energy and flys at Gladiator when Gladiator see this he take off Superman gives Chase but he can't over come Gladiator when out of no where Superman see he is traveling to close to a Red Giant but can stop himself and gets weakened by the rays helpless Gladiator see Supes in distress and tell him to concede victory but Superman as we all know has no quit in him by normal standards will it kill you to stay here Superman? I don't know never been exposed to red star radiation for a long period of time. So Gladiator says I have to do what I have to and K.O's Superman and drags him away for the giant star and then toss him him towards Earth and he returns to Sh'iar empire.
As the two battle eachother they lock hands( both exerting a tremendous strength)
Superman:" Wow gladiator, it appears we are equal in strength"
Gladiator: "Yes it would appear so, but by shiar empire I will win this fight"
Superman:" Shiar Empire, is that an alien world?"
Gladiator : " Yeah I'm not from earth"
Superman :" Dude, I am not from earth either," "Whats your real name?"
Gladiator : Kallark
Superman : "Dude thats frequeky, my names Clark " "What are your powers?"
Gladiator : "I have super strength, speed, flight, and heat beam eyes"
Superman: " DUDE"
Gladiator : Wow weird " Whats your weakness"
Superman : " Me , well I'm weak against kryptonite" "you"
Gladiator: " I got a little confidence problem"
Superman: " You ever tried doctor Phil, he helped me when I realized I can't get Lois pregnant"
Gladiator" Yeah , he told ,me I should look in the mirror everyday and tell myself "I am somebody"
Superman " I know how to fix your problem " I know jimmy still sells LSD on the corner of the daily planet."
Fight ends with both getting high in jimmy olsens basement

But what you say Superman has said, apperently goes against a good array of showings that have put him far above and beyond lightspeed when he wishes it.
Superman doesn't really have limits either, and you know it. In times of need, he just draws in more energy and amps himself. We really haven't seen an upper end to this.
Glads has some good high end feats.. . but. . showing to showing, Gladiator is just not on Supes' level, imo.
