Allah actually means "God" in Arabic.

The only thing that these 3 religions differ in is their belief in the messiah. Christians believe the messiah has come, Jews think he hasn't, and Muslims think that Mohammed was the messiah, not Jesus. They believe that Jesus was just a great prophet.

from these facts, apparently, they all worship the same entity, but kill each other because they can't agree over one person, Jesus.

How ****ed up is that?

God did give his only begotton Son to die on the cross so that everyone COULD be saved, but its their choice to rec'v or not. Yes, you must repent when you sin, it is written.
AND if you WAS a christian, then where on earlth did you get that Jesus (prophet as you say) COULD LIE?? or that God could lie?? if people thought that Jesus was Just a prophet, then they are syaing he's a liar??? right?? it plainly states that Jesus said, HE was the SON of God. God said, this is my SON whom I'm well pleased. So, where do they get that at?? you brought up those religions and what they believed in.
Now plzz try to explain to me, how anyone could believe in a lying prophet??

wink

So, if they believed that about Jesus, then they are calling him a liar.

there are plenty of diffrences beside this example. There are numerous diffrences in the htree religion, just as there are numerous diffrences between the 3 christian branches

There is still some that believe Jesus was the Messiah, Muslims do (some don't know about all) that Jesus was a prophet. So, if he was Just a prophet, then i'll ask again, are they saying he's a liar? and are they saying God is a liar?

the muslim dont believe jesus to be divine, dont think they look at him as a liar though. I think they are more about the authors of the gospel being wrong rather than jesus and god

I just would like to clarify that all Muslims believe that Jesus is a prophet. None of them said he was a liar.
It is what was written about him with events leading to his "cruxification" that Muslims find exception to.
What we Muslims don't believe in is the claim that he is the begotten son of God.
But he is a prophet just like Muhammad would be after him.

they werent the only gopspels you know, they got chosen cause they unlike the other described jesus as divine.
I aint a beliver, dont deny that a dude name jesus stired up some trouble in ol israel, but I believe he was an ordinary man nothing divine.
So to me all 4 gospels are wrong about the divine stuff

To put it simply, NO.
Some Muslims agree that what Jesus taught was the Gospel
However,we do not believe that the gospel that Jesus taught is the same as the one that Christians use today.
If you notice, the Gospels are called the Gospel ACCORDING to Matthew, the Gospel ACCORDING to Mark, the Gosple ACCORDING to Luke, and also ACCORDING to John.
Is it not right then, to say that fundamentally, there is only one Gospel?
This is just one of the issues debated by Christians and Muslims.
