I use to watch this before school when I was young along with Ronin Warriors. Preferred the first season to any of the others. Haven't seen it in forever. Well that's a lie I watched a few episodes of Sailor Stars saga while at a friends house during a Yugioh tournament but hard to know what was going on it being in Japanese, me unable to speak Japanese, and me not paying full attention to the screen.

I love this series, they are well organized in their sequence. You always knew that there was going to be some good dialogue worth watching and a fight sequence to come along with it. The only thing I have problems with is the gender issue. It was because of this that their last season(Sailor StarS) did not make it to the states.
I liked Sailormoon almost as much as DragonBall Z. The good thing about them is that everything got to hit the states and it was in its full content and they are still doing more with it.
When I was a child I used to love Sailor Moon, the english dub. It went off the air and I never thought about it for literally over a decade. Then one day I happened to watch an episode of the original japanese version and LOVED it. I had no idea it was so violent and serious in the original, and that all of that had been cut out in the english version. I love the last two episodes of the first season, the episode were all the Sailor Soldiers die, it was really sad with some great action.
I hate the english dub, it's so childish and crappy. DiC really butchered it to pieces. I hate how they were called Sailor Scouts in the english version. They're not wussy scouts! They're Sailor Soldiers!
I own Sailor Moon season 1, Sailor Moon R, and Sailor Moon S on DVD boxed set, all japanese with subtitles. I'll buy Sailor Moon SuperS and Sailor Stars within the next few days.
curses!!! my uncle at one time called me gay because of watching this! actually i like this because i once had a "childish crush" on one of the senshis. that was a time since....... (ok, i admired hotaru. the silence glaive is cool, whatever........)

it used to be on Cartoon Networks Toonami but they changed it then got rid of the old Toonami
