Apparently I was banned for 2 days for member bashing - not vulgarity.
I can understand the ban, I bashed - i will no doubt do so again given that i can't sit by and see people belittle others - I expected it & it's no doubt a matter of time before Im banned for good unless I lean the "Insult people in a general generic group - attack their beliefs" thing that Tex tried to teach me. (or even disparage there sexuality apparently?) I must look that old bible thread up and commit it to memory before I screw up again and get another banning.*
Howeva lil - despite what you'd like to believe I wasn't banned for vulgarity (from what i understand it's only a "crime" to try to get round the censor?) If you have a problem with the way I express myself then address it to me directly rather than make incorrect statements about me. ta so much!
*And PS: Mods (TEX!) I'm only on here posting once every 3 weeks when I'm on night shift (I only came on today to check when the artwork comp deadline is & im risking work related wrath just to type this BS...) - so to make the ban a learning experience for me you might want to shift my ban dates to two days around the 23rd - 27th August. I'd hate to think I got off lightly, I transgressed - I MUST PAY or the system is a JOKE!!! Dear lord without order this whole forum could descend into mere ANARCHY!!!!
There is nothing wrong with being homosexual. They are stronger then most people give credit. To openly face prejudice as the gay community does... wow.
Understanding that it is 'not Gods way' and such as I do (I am catholic, this was spoon fed to me all through high school)... but that is merely the Catholic view. A truly forgiving God would not care about sexual preference.

Well.......if you're actually ok with men sleeping with men and homosexuality in general, if you're ok with the core, why the hell does it matter what happens after?
It's like making a porno movie and then saying something is too hardcore for it. You've already made the jump to make the movie anyway, so why be shy about what you put in it?
In your case, you've already made the jump to accept homosexuality, so why the hell does it matter if these people get married or not?
yeah I also dont understand what u ment there either.....so its ok if guys want to have sex with other guys...or girls with other girls. Its ok to date each other but as soon as they want to get married and start a family together then its wrong???? homosexuals should have all the rights everyone else does including marriage....cause either if they get married or not there going to stay together if they really want to so why not give them the right to get married?

Why do so many teenagers commit suicide each year, rather than accepting that they're gay? If they could just CHOOSE why not choose normality?
Consider this: What if it is NOT a choice, but hormones? That gays are born that way? Would you still consider it wrong?

But I didn¡¦t suddenly become attracted to women, but made a conscious CHOICE to try it out. I seriously doubt that anyone would chose something that they run the risk of friends, family and complete strangers condemning them to hell for.

initially i had mixed feelings about gay marriage, but now I'm completely cool with it., in fact, i welcome gay marriage. not from any social, political, or civil rights POV. but from a totally vengeful, vindictive POV, why? b-cuz gay folks really dont know just how good they have it.
in America, 50% of all marriages end in divorce, and if gay PPL get to throw there hat in the mix I'm sure they would be no execption. i guess deep down i want them to know what it feels like to work really hard for sumthing, only to have half of it snatched away b-cuz somebody else feels the the relationship isnt working anymore
I don't get what the big deal about gay marriage is, it wouldn't change anything. Gay people are still going to live together and adopt kids even if they aren't married.

ahh what? Look, gay people can still break up with each other, I don't understand your saying they can't already do that. You try acting and thinking the way you were born, and being persecuted for it by the unusually high number of homophobic morons we have in this country, and THEN tell me gay people have it good. Obviously you've never been bullied or berated for anything, because if you had, you'd understand what it was like at least a little bit.

Why isn't it the same as racism? Homophobia isn't so much a phobia as it is a great dislike... It's the same as racism, not accepting somebody for the way they were made and what they have no control over. I find it offensive because gay people are just as much part of society as I am... I'm offended by racist remarks, even not directed at me, and I'm offended by people who go around preaching how much gay people suck.
Actually I did, we just posted at the same time. It won't become a free-for-all. Like I said, nothing will change other than the fact that they will be "officially" married.
