Alright, this was the last thing we discussed about the story from the previous or twice time we talked. So, let's go on from there about the Introduction of Dorian and what I could do for my part. Also, I just may have a new idea or event or two to bring up, if you would like, Jenni.
perfectly fine with me, we do have time to discuss it all as well..
soooo......I will start off..
this idea or event you have mentioned....can i hear bout it?

when you said that you wanted to hear about, i went "squee" and got all excited and happy to tell you! dang, where did that hypieness come from?! anyways...
I actually have two events slash ideas in mind. The first one, has to do with Cassandra getting sick and Louis comes to see her. And the second one has to do with the time when she finds out that Louis is a vampire and how she copes with that. Shall I go on?
#1: New Event (Idea) ~ Cassandra Has A Visitor in the Night
At some point in the story and after she finds out that her lover is a vampire, Cassandra succumbs to a flu or some sickness where she's bed or house ridden most of the time. She does not get sick from whatever happened with Louis, she just gets sick somehow, like normal. Anyways, she's in bed one night and burning hot from a fever. There's a bowl of cool water and a towl upon her forhead to keep her cool. She's beginning to nodd off, her eye lids are fluttering close. Shortly, more like a few seconds or so before that, Louis had been watching her from the french doors upon the porch in the shadows. He doesn't go in because he fears of how she might react to him now, after all, she now knows at this point that he's a vamp. Anyways, so she's nodding off to sleep and seeing that she is, Louis makes his silent approach into the room and remains in the shadows. Admires her beauty for a moment more and then approaches her bedside. Takes the towel and tips it into cool water and then places it back upon her forehead. The sensation of water wakes her and she's kind or is shocked that he's here. She's tired, so she doesn't freak out in a huge way. Louis tells her that he doesn't mean to harm her, or something like that. Maybe they get a chance to talk for a bit before they could hear footsteps in the hallway. Louis escapes back into the shadows in the room. Dorian comes in to check on Cassandra, looks about and then leaves. Cassandra had pretended to be asleep already and then opens her eyes again and looks at Louis. He returns her steady gaze and whispers (or maybe he doesn't) that his leave and that he will return another time when she's better. So yeah, a bit of time goes by until she's well and sees Louis again. During that time, all she can think about is Louis and how he's a vampire. Stuff like that. Well, that's my first idea. Let me know what you think first before I go onto the next idea that I mentioned earlier.
#2: New Event (Idea) ~ Acceptance & True Happiness
I'm glad you liked that idea. I did too because it was such a tender yet brief moment. As for the second idea, it's not exactly an event. This new idea takes place sometime after my first idea, after Cassie has gotten better and has alot of time to think things over. She's been having alot of internal turmoil about the fear and not having enough knowledge about vampires and how much she loves Louis and how it hurts her to be torn like this. At some given time, after much deliberation, Cassandra comes to the conclusion, that no matter who or what Louis is, she loves him and that's what should matter. The key thing here is that she accepts him for who is and will accept him for all he is, vampire and his past reputation. The 'person' he is now and his affections towards her were never false. Also, she knows Louis well enough not to be the type of person that would ever harm her. She would've seen the signs sooner.
Also, that event there is what makes this story such a great love story, when you think about. It has alot to do with acceptance. Louis loves her for the fact that she had accepted him for all he is and admires her strength. And stuff like that to that extent. As for Cassandra, she loves Louis because he can touch her in such a way, not just her deadly skin, but deep in her heart. Also, they see each other as equals in some ways, they have both been given a gift that they aren't/weren't entirely happy about, sort of reluctant, and are just as scarred (as in rough pasts and managed to overcome it all) as one another. And so forth like that and all those other details that come with love and relationship. In our story, Louis AND Cassandra find true love and acceptance at last. ^.^
I agree. This would further prove that our story is not just a love story, it's about the concepts of being human and being accepted. Also, that this won't be some silly love story either. The path of their relationship is not always an easy nor smooth one. They have lots to overcome.
