There are many places to get the parts...usually if you finish a whole planet you'll get all the parts....each time trhough the game the stuff people give you is different.....ie all the side quests help in gatherng lightsaber parts too

It's simple: first you'll get one from the Ithorians at the end of their quest on Citadel Station, then go to Dantooine and find Jorran in the sublevels of the Jedi Enclave and ask for what he has found. After that if you are light or dark enough you will fight Visas Marr on the Ebon Hawk and get the last part, and you can buy a chrystal from Daraala on Dantooine.

you can buy a crystal from nearly anybody....geeda on nar Shadda...one time I got the lens after the galactic reunification side quest...and vogga's warehouse is usu good for something
