I wonder if the rest of Season 4 is gonna be nothing but flashforwards.
Who does everyone else think will be the other survivors? I think Sayid will be one of them.

As for the mysterious person in the coffin in "Through The Looking Glass", I think it's Ben. Think about it; Jack wasn't a friend or relative, but was out of his mind and somehow felt an odligation to be there. He probably found out about the viewing in the local obituary.

Well I wasn't thinking that way.
They said 6 people survived that were from the Oceanic Flight 815. I wasn't considering the fact that added to that, people originally from the island were brought back as well.
Hmmm.....Possible though.......Still if you just accept what has been given thus far, 6 from the plane and that is all.
Who is to say that the person in the coffin isn't completely unrelated to the Island at all.
Well the key word in Oceanic 6 is Oceanic. Ben wasn't on the plane, and neither was Desmond or Danielle or Alex. So the total number of people who made it off the island could be over six.
As for the coffin, they showed it for a reason, and it's probably someone we've heard of.
Or maybe it's Jack's dad or someone Jack knew, but he just lied to the funeral home director.

Well keep in mind that many things have happened between their time on the island and that flash forward.
Relationships could have changed, been made, or fell apart, so it could be anyone. For all we know, something happens that causes Kate to hate Sawyer and not want to go to his funeral.
"That" as in the fossils of the polar bears. "That" as in the remains of the Dharma Initiative in the archaeological site. "That" as in the plane being under water which suggest(IMO) that the island sunk. I wonder why the want poor, old Ben.

Nah, remember that it was found out before the Season began that another Oceanic 815 was found in the ocean with people on it?
And parts of the plane fell into the water anyway when it broke apart, so it could just be that.
Maybe the Dharma had more than one set up and more Polar Bears from way back. I actually thought that redheaded woman was that guys Ex-Fiance when I first saw her. Ex Fiance? Girlfriend? Whatever she was.
I thought they had given up on explaining the Polar Bears anyway and had tossed that aside. Why risk re-angering fans about that all over again. They better explain or just leave it alone.
Yeah, I'm just waiting for them to explain, I'm not really trying to figure out all of the mixed up mess out that we got in tonight's (last night's) episode. Too much. Just too much.
And now we have an actual psychic thrown in. And I'm so glad Locke brought up the Black Smoke, I was just talking to my mom about that before this episode, b/c I just found out that she stopped watching LOST for some reason a while ago and I was telling her how many things still hadn't been answered, including the Black Smoke.
