Bat's knowing he was in for fight, In no way is admission of defeat. In fact he won, he ended the fight and got what he wanted. Sure it was a writers cop out so that they didn't have to have a clear victor, but to say that Batman lost that fight is simply wishful thinking at best.
As for Hulk, It was Prof. Hulk, who durability is not as high as other Hulks. He wasn't even angry at all. It was a pressure point hit. And Batman hits far more effectively (as proven by his fight with Grundy) than you give him credit for.

they wrote those scrips for a reason... Batman has beaten the Hulk, mostly because of the popularity.. but thats still a loss.

whatever, I'm a firm believer in fighting and technique, but spidey has some as well.
How many points of technique have I brought here, nad he wont have significant time to come up with as much plans as you'd like not to say he won't be effective.

In a fight, it would be much harder to defend against someone with superhuman strength and speed, attacking from all angles, with somewhat lesser precision, than it would be to defend against a peak human at max training.

Either way, Batman is the far superior fighter no matter how unique Spidey's style might be. A true fighter knows how to take advantage of his opponents matrix of expectations. Something that Batman does all the time. I don't beleive I've seen Spidey do this once.

No you are wrong, spdierman does not attack on half assed angles, his corrdination and agility are SUPERIOR, batman's comes from trainig, spidermna's from a gift, Wizard vs. Sorcerer, though I would normally say wizard, lets just say this sorcerer is a great warrior too.

Not quite light speed, you would be able to catch a ruler much fatsterwhen someone drops it, without anticipation then, Batman's outclassed, you damage your own arguments with ridiculous claims, of batman's proress, thus destroying the greatest point of batman, he has NO POWERS.
