No, I think the initial argument was lame. Open chins do not constitute a victory, especially not against Batman, who has an extremely high IQ, and constantly fights people who fail to break his chin. There's something more going on here, which makes the chin not as easy a kill spot as you think. In fact, there's a much bigger chance that Batman will use the knives in his gauntlets or the batarangs to damage Spidey's eye sockets.
see that's the thing though.. we don't know.. rationale dictates that if they weren't holding back on easpect why would they hold back another?
well I'd say that's about 50/50.. half the time spidey fights dd he is trying to off him due to rage or outside circumstances..
in any case.. i do think a punch is going to rough bats up if he gets hit in the chin.. but then again.. he took a lot of hits to the chin from a venom induced soldier who was in the 10 ton range... that guy didn't hold back and batman didn't have his suit.. I'm just sayin there's two sides to every coin.. I can see spiderman taking a couple of these fights with face punches.. but I just don't see him able to connect good hits a majority of the time

Lame Hell no.....spiderman just spontaneously decided to go for the chin and win a battle is very plausible but it will not garantee him the win.
When did batman short comming with powerhouses start. It started right after his confrontation with darksied. Who is to say that batman was not wearing one when he faced the those different forms of superman, mongul, and all those people.
Batman has also been documented rolling with punches from some powerhouses the most recent was martian Manhunter. But I like to think is combination of the two. Batman rolling with punches and a mother box. For if not....how would one explain him surviving an explosion that destroyed his suit.

Dude, quit spamming Batman threads with your hate for him. You have NO IDEA about his character at all. Why don't you keep a subjective opinion and quit trying to bash him. Yes he most certainly DOES use his body when he's attacking someone. He uses his skills and his body just as much as anyone else does.
