Moving Sig Program?

Anyone know a good free program that lets you make a signature or avvy that can move. Or if you can do it with Adobe V. 7.0?

Adobe 7 comes with Imageready, same deal. image ready iscapable of basic animations and sprite animation, i asume thats what you mean when you talk Ava/Sig animation.
