Spiderman + Hulk vs. Doc Ock + Glenn Talbot + Leader + Green Goblin
So Bruce Banner change into a green giant brute as the Hulk and Peter Parker wearing his spidersuit as Spidey.but Major Glenn Talbot went to New York and using his military experimental in the US military science center.while Dr.Octopus,Leader and the Green Goblin kidnapped Mary Jane Watson and Betty Ross.because Spiderman and the Hulk saved MJ and Betty's life from Doc Ock,Goblin and the Leader

Hulk and Spidey fought the Sinister six in a multipart storyline in Web of SPiderman that eventually brought in the FF, Nova, Ghost Rider, Sleepwalker, and a few other heroes. It was hilarious!
Spidey was getting beat bad, then Hulk shows up and starts to slap around electro, Hob Goblin, etc. Doc Ock grabs hulkster with his then newly acquired adamantium arms and knocks him out! In fairness, hulk did NOT take him seriously one bit...

Ok, first of all the Green Goblin is more than enough to keep the webhead way too busy to help the Hulk!!! Then after Hulk finally fights his way through to find Spidey getting his ass kicked he'll be so pissed off he will smash him himself, then Spidey.

Actually it was in 'Spider-Man', not 'Web.' Yeah Hulk was cracking jokes instead of fighting him.
Yeah Hulk takes this easily, with or without Spider-Man. But Hulk is not going to smash Spidey if he's on the same team with him.

I have seen Hulk do some pretty stupid things. But I do agree that he wouldnt smash Spidey unless provoked or confused.
