ever cut yourself (accidently) with a straight razor? doesnt hurt at all because the blade is soo fine and sharp... cuts only hurt alot when the hole isnt cut cleanly.
i cut myself while working with a stanley knife once and i didnt even notice until i saw my hand covered in blood a few seconds later

yea, im sure spearing someone through a flaming table stings a bit as well... but the majority of the battle is won in the mind.
still, dont really see the point myself, matches can be good without copious blood, but ofcourse its expected in hardcore matches and the like where it'd look fake (sic) without it

steel chairs are just steel chairs, they actually get hit... just try and maximise the surface area of contact so its less painful if they get hit across the back... and if they get hit on the head try and get it centrally where the steel is less rigid

* Kurt Angle being a Wrestling Machine with a mouthpiece...
FAVORITE WEAPON:
* funny: ringbell & bellhammer, used by The Rock on Mankind... The Rock positioned the ringbell on Mankind's head/ear and... CLANG!!!
* on special occasions, ladder (they usually think of something innovative when there are ladders around)...
^ LEAST:
* barbed wire-wrapped bat... inhumane...
LEAST FAVORITE CATCH PHRASE:
* "...Wrestling God..."
LEAST FAVORITE WORK:
* when Kurt Angle always fails to connect with his Shooting Star Press...
LEAST FAVORITE MOMENT:
* WWE Homecoming... when HHH betrays Ric Flair and continues his assault over and over and over...
LEAST FAVORITE MATCH TYPE:
* Fatal Four Way... way too unfair for the Champ...
LEAST FAVORITE MATCH EVER:
* can't remember... i just switch the channel...
FAVORITE WWE MOMENT (again!):
* WWE Title Match: HHH (Champ) against British Bulldog; Stipulation: Special Guest Referee - The Rock... but all through out the match, The Rock serves as Guest Commentator alongside J.R. and The King... when HHH Pedrigreed Bulldog, The Rock storms in the ring and counts the pinfall with the microphone, "1... 2... IT DOESN'T MATTER if The Rock counts up to three!!!" HHH was irate, swings a punch but levelled with a Rock Bottom, a recovered Bulldog gets up and tries to smash Rock with a steel chair, Rock dodged and delivered a Spinebuster-People's Elbow combo to Bulldog, and rather than an elbowpad, The Rock throws off his cool shades to the crowd... very hilarious yet very cool refereeing Rock style...

Going to have to be Luna. She should, ironically, be banished to the moon.
FAVORITE TAG TEAM:
Sabu and Rob Van Dam.
LEAST:
Buff Bagwell and Scott Steiner. So much potential, so boring.
FAVORITE ENTRANCE THEME:
Jake Roberts'.
LEAST:
Billy Gunn's.
MOST BORING SUPERSTAR:
Ever? Probably William Regal or Albert.
FAVORITE GIMMICK:
Hmm...anything by Foley.
LEAST:
Duke "The Dumpster" Drosey.

As in, cheating item? As corny and obvious, I have to go with the universal powder to the face, made famous by the great Mr. Fuji.
LEAST:
Arrogance, the "cologne" that Rick Martel used to bring to the ring with him.
LEAST FAVORITE CATCH PHRASE:
Anything that Carlito says.
LEAST FAVORITE WORK:
Goldberg being a "machine". People continually tell me that it didn't happen but I distinctly remember that Nitro happening.
LEAST FAVORITE MOMENT:
Rey winning the title.
LEAST FAVORITE MATCH TYPE:
Lately, the whole Playboy Pillow Fights. It's almost so boring that you can't even enjoy the females.
LEAST FAVORITE MATCH EVER:
Goldberg Vs Lesner at WM 20. Purely because it was the two best powerhouses of however long and it turned out to be "We're both gonna get fired, so let's just hug/grapple for ages."
Also, I found a pretty great TNA clip/video on YouTube that's worth a watch I think.
It highlights a few of the feuds/matches/moments between some of its best stars. My favourite being the AJ Styles/Christopher Daniels ones that are shown first. Unfortunately someone decided to attach shit songs to it, but never mind.
it does highlight the ineptitude of WWE doesnt it... i just wish i could see TNA more, but i dont know how/where (any help appreciated)
some of the moves in that looked a touch too dangerous for WWE anyway actually... like the one where he throws him practically neck first into the turnbuckle.
It also shows how poor WWE is because its best mid/heavy-weight highflyers are RVD and Shelton Benjamin... and almost everyone on that video put them to shame.
Both AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels are fantastic though... and WWE losing Jeff Hardy was a big mistake as well

If you have Sky Digital, TNA's iMPACT (Their version of Raw etc) is on The Wrestling Channel (427) sometimes. I'm not too sure.
Even when you see Jeff's clips in that video, he looks so samey. Almost passive in comparison.
I always thought the most lethal move was the piledriver. If you watch that clip again, there's a guy named Petey Williams who does a move called the Canadian Destroyer. It's like an entire forward flip that starts and ends in a piledriver position.
watchin it atm, its about 1/3 way in. good match so far.
i wouldnt say Jeff Hardy was samey, but another move or two wouldnt go amiss... needs to bulk up a bit as well like Matt did so he can perform even when not on the top turnbuckle.
Piledriver is only dangerous when something goes wrong really... aslong as you lock it in properly its just like any other move... whereas that overhead launch into the turnbuckle, one inch offtarget and he could break his neck or back
one thing i do think WWE have going for them is Paul London... awesome cruiserweight.
London and Kidman were phenomenal together as well.. shame that didnt work out

yea, ****in insane... what did he have in his hand when he started slashing at his arm? looked like scissors
reminds me off this clip i saw from some small wrestling company, used an actual knife and overdid it, actually cut through the guys arm severely. (something Combat Wrestling)
that first finisher was hilarious and the 630 splash is just plain impressive.
what is it with Wrestling fans and rubbish music?

I have no clue. It's usually Creed or some shit, hahaha. I guess they think it's "Inspirational".
In the video I just sent, watch out for some guy named M-Dogg performing a move called the Death Star or something. I swear he breaks his leg. His own leg.
it mustve hurt a **** load but not sure it looks broken... the Cradle Shock just after that though is a pretty decent finisher, not overly dangerous or anything but looks like a solid finishing move.
never knew Shawn Waltman was still wrestling though... thought he'd gone into retirement after everyone in the world saw him battling Chyna's gargantuan clitoris on video.

The Cradle Shock is really good, Chris Sabin always looks controlled when he does it, but I think that somewhat removes the impact. Bradshaw used to do his Clothesline from Hell as if he was actually aiming for decapi-choption.
If memory and history serves me correctly, Sean's X-Factor is the only finishing move that nobody ever kicked out of in the WWF/E. I'm sure it's been interrupted or he's been kicked off while pinning, but I don't think anyone has ever actually kicked out.
I'm not sure if it's happened in TNA, he's not there anyway I think.
When he was the 1-2-3 Kid and used the moonsault as a finisher, everyone was thinking "What the hell? Some mental case." He was viewed as a nobody soon after. Even in TNA he seemed too shit, which says a lot considering Jeff Jarrett can go there and seem decent.
I just remembered; Have you seen the video of Billy Corgan's appearance in ECW? I remember watching it and recently found it again on the net. It's pretty awesome. He smashes a guitar over Lou E. Dangerously's head and then as he's about to get beat down, Jerry Lynn and Tommy Dreamer save him.
i always thought he was good as the 1-2-3 kid, could be personal preference or could be because he was the first person i ever saw doing a moonsault (yea yea..).
as X-pac he was hilarious though, second best in DX behind HHH for me.
As for his finishers... the X-factor was rubbish.... but the Bronco Buster, thats a whole other story, one of the greatest finishers ever!
The Cradle Shock strikes me as one of the moves that you could only ever safely do perfectly... like the Pildriver.
oh and on a side note... just watching Raw and HHH's new music is utter shite... however i prefer Shelton Benjamins new attitude
