..he's saying therein lays the contradiction. You're passing judgment on someone because of their dress and/or attitude, and you're fessing up to fitting an image, inadvertantly or not, you still are, and don't really have the place to comment on anyone else without it being thrown back at you.

I don't "do" band shirts mainly because I don't want other people discovering them.. happy

I judge Them on their Personalities, Not the Way they dress, I'm not that shallow. Though I think Emo kids look like idiots I dont Hate them just because of that.

Half the music I listen to is About Worshiping Satan and Eating People...Do I eat people or worship Satan? No. Emo kids listen to Music about Crying and Cutting themselves, Do they Cut themselves and Cry alot? Yes...In my experiences anyway...

i have actually never met an emo kid that cuts himself or herself for that matter... i know some that used to before they liked emo though - ironically they liked metal

notice how everyones account of emo-kids is different? meaning your limited experience isn't enough to base a judgement on
