The maps are fun, but if you don't have money to waste and/or if you ain't a hardcore fan I'd recommend waiting until they are free.

Just bought Halo 3. I kind of find it hard to believe that they were everywhere at Best Buy today.
There were only 3 360's left. I wanted an Elite, though, and there weren't any. I'd also prefer to have my console black than white.
I also somewhat regret not getting the special edition Halo 3 set (not the full uber set).
I'll see if I can see the behind the scenes DVD on youtube.
