( I promise i'll post some more this afternoon, after i type it up!! I promise I've wrote heaps!! )
Harry nodded his head in agreement and with out quick look behind him at the portraits, he followed Hermionie into the shaft which took them down.
"So, what are these books for and what did Dumbledor want you for." Harry asked curiously.
Hermionie seemed to hesatate for a moment. "They're for the DA this year, he said that it would be fine to go ahead and he gives us full permistion." She said, looking at him for an reaction.
"Well, thats great isn't, we'll have the same people and we'll learn heaps more!" He said, but by the look on her face he was wrong. "Except....?"
"Well you see Harry, seen Dumbledor said its alright and that he knows and so does everyone else, he suggested that we should let everyone join." Looking by the reaction on Harry's face, he didn't agree with both of them. "Oh come on Harry, we can't just let some people join and others not, you just can't do that. Dumbledor thinks that every should be allowed to join, all years and ALL houses. And yes, even though I don't like it Slytherine. But just remember Harry, its not very likely that Draco is going to join allong with the rest of them!" She finished, waiting for Harry's temper to fly, but it didn't he just stood there for awhile; thinking.
Finally, he spoke as they spirialed down the moving staircase. "Ok then, we'll teach everyone who wants to learn. But how are we going to work it, half the people are already way ahead?" He asked, expecting her to answer. But it was Hermionie's turn to stand there and think.
"Im not sure yet, but i'll come up with something. Ohh, by the way Dumbledor wanted me to tell you to be nice to the new student who's our year, he's come over from Ireland." She said, and this made Harry confused. What did a new student have to do with him, and why did Dumbledor tell him to be nice to her?
They finally came to the bottom and the side opened as they stepped out into the hallway, where there was a slight breath.
"So, are we going to the great hall, or is there no point?"

here!! Im sori its not that much but more tomorrow!!
"Oh course there is, the sorting wouldn’t have begun yet." She said, now making her way towards the Great Hall and Harry had to walk quite fast to catch up with her.
CHAPTER 12
"But Hermionie, we've been up with Dumbledor for over an hour. The sorting and the feast would have been over by now!" He started, but this did not seem to faze her.
She suddenly stopped quickly and side tackled Harry behind a post and suddenly they heard footsteps.
Who the hell are we hiding from, Harry tried to say but got such a strong glare from Hermionie that he stopped talking immediately. The footsteps came closer and closer and Harry soon made out two people's voices. They were Hermionie and his own voice as they walked past each other. Harry nearly dropped his wand he got such a fright and Hermione just grabbed it in time.
"What the hell!" Is all Harry said, looking to Hermione for an explanation. She had a look on her like it was so obvious.
"I thought you would have figured it out!" She said, simply. "We were talking to Dumbledor right? Well that means that he couldn't have been at the sorting and the feast. He told me that he would put virtual time travel around us three so that we could go to the feast as well. That was us in the past going to Dumbledor’s office!" She finished, now moving out from the post and carrying on down the hall. Harry stood there, taking in that he just saw himself walk by. He still didn't like the whole time traveller thing ever since they helped Sirius excape 3 years ago.
Harry followed Hermione down the well-lit hallway with lamps shinning both sides. They reached the big bronze doors and walked trough. Nearly everyone was seated and Harry and Hermione quickly took a seat opposite Ron.
The roof in the Great Hall, always was be-witched to resemble the night sky. Tonight it was clear night, just like outside. The sky was a deep dark blue and you could clearly count all the stars. Not one cloud was to be seen and the moon was in the centre sky, glowing down onto the tables.
The four house tables were in line and everyone finally took their seats. The house banners hung from the pillars above and the yellow, green, blue, and gold really made the atmosphere come alive with warmth.
"You guys were gone for not even a minute. What happened?" Ron asked, obviously confused.
Hermione and Harry looked at each other, both with a secret glitter their eyes.
"He...er...wasn't there!" Harry simply answered, as he didn't want to try and explain the time turner, like he had 3 years ago.
Harry turned his gaze up to the front, as Ron started a conversation with Dean and Hermione caught up with Ginny. He searched alone the line, but there was no new teacher up there. Who's going to teach us then, he thought. May be they haven't arrived yet.
Hagrid was there and Harry could still slightly make out the scars on his face which made him wince a bit. Hagrid turned to the students and caught Harry's eye and lifted his hand to wacve, and accidently sent a table over. Harry had not even seen Ron goes so red as Hagrid did, although he felt sorry for him Harry couldn't help a laugh escaping his mouth. It was truely a site to see. Goblets, knives and folks went flying and Hagrid tried to move around and pick them all up. More people noticed what was going on and the noise roise until Profesor Dumbledor stood up, out of nowhere and quietly said a spell, and all the goblets and cutlery were sen tback ontot he table which was now up right. Hagrid quickly returned to his seat and made sure he kept well away from the table. A little further down the table Professor Snape was laughing at Hagrid which slightly made Harry's temper rise.
Dumbledor stood at the front, waiting for exact silence. Before he spike the doors opened and Professor McGonagal came briskly walking in with two straight lines of small midget looking kids who looked like they could be sick at any minute.

Harry remembered his first day better then ever, that was the day where he made his worst enemy ever, Draco. But he didn't recall himself as short and worried as these kids, they seriously looked like they're going to die, he thought to himself. He turned to Ron on the other side of the table who looked quite interested in them.
"Ron, what are you happy about?" He whispered over the table.
A huge grin came onto his face. "More little toads to boss around and make them clean our dormitory." He said, half laughing.
Hermione couldn't of looked more disgusted at this. Professor McGonagal made her way tot he front, put down a stole and placed the old, mangled sorting hat on top. The hat didn't bring fond memories to Harry, although it put him in Gryfindor it was seriously thinking about Slytherine.
Everyone like usual, went silent waiting for it to burst into song. Professor Dumbledor took his seat and against waited for it to begin.
The hat suddenly started moving and before he knew it the song had started.

( so, what does everyone else think?? Alittle bit I just typed!! )
As the hat finished, there couldn't of been a deadlier silence. No one talked, not even the teachers; instead looks of worry and confused glances were passed from one to another. Professor McGonagal cast a glance from Harry to Dumbledor, and Dumbledor looked as worried as everyone else but quickly put on a straight face.
Harry turned to Hermione and then Ron, wondering what that was all about. Hermione didn't look as confused as him and Ron, but she did look alittle worried. The silence soon turned to chatter everyone was soon discussing what the song was about. Different ideas and theories rose and not everyone were fully aware of what happened last year.
Dumbledor rose again and spoke.
"Excuse me, but I do believe that there are 1st years wanting to be sorted and there will be plenty of time to discuss 'issues' during the feast. " He finished and returned to his seat and Harry was pretty sure he inked at him.
Everyone went silent and waited for the sorting to begin.
Professor McGonagal took a rolled up parchment from her robes and un-ravelled it. By the look on Ron’s face, he wasn't too keen on them taking along time. Neither was Harry, as he just noticed that his stomach gave a quiet growl.
"When i call our name, can you please step forward!"
The stool stood in the middle of the floor and the hat sat on top.
Harry couldn't help but notice they looked even worse now, and they seemed afraid of the hat, well I wouldn't really blame them after that song, Harry thought to himself.
