Yeah, the MK universe is separate from 616.
So Carnage is gone in 616, but Venom is not. And the old Venom is gone in MK, but Carnage is not (IDK if he's even made his MK debut yet).
Another example is how MK FF differs from the 616 FF.

I'm pretty sure they are not seperate.All events that happened in 616 Spidey were acknowledged in Marvel Knights Spidey.
Eddie is dead.Or at the very least very severly injured.

also ock had his neck broke and then came back, what is ridiculou, he should never should been killed anyway, nor the strong woman he dated. kane should had killed venom instead, if he wanted to relief spiderman from his pain.
