It would depend on the piece required and how busy the Jewellers are, a more complex piece would take longer, a simple piece may take only a couple of days but again if they are busy you may have to wait a week or so for them to start it.

Plus how well you want to make it. If it contains diamonds your gonna have to use some pretty expensive stuff, plus depending on how many charats it contains in one diamond. But what are you planning to make?
