Yeah, Onslaught although easy to beat when the computer uses him is an utter SOB when in a players hands, infinite supers mean infinite clones. Plus he can utterly whore his Sentinel bombing run.
Cyber Akuma on the other hand would be a scrubs wet dream, me was beyond god tier in the vs games.
A-poc was similar to Onslaught.
And the other marvel games bosses are playable. Juggernaught, Mags Dr.Doom and Thanos.

Getting down the ROM infinite is worth it in the end. You have so many options during the ROM such as resets, continuous Hyper Grav xx Tempest combos, Snapouts, etc. Plus it looks cooler
EDIT: actually, I'm not even sure you can infinite a s.hk (1 hit), to hyper grav. I know you can infinite a d.s.hp, hyper grav. in the corner, but now that I actually think of it, I'm a little unsure about your infinite.

I mastered it in X-men vs street fighter, and continued the tradition in MVC2, you just have to be sure to cancel the S.HK into the Hyper Grav before the second hit connects the timing is vey fast, but it is an inescapable trap thats simiar to the ROM combo in many ways.

Dan would have be a real good fighter just like Ryu and Ken if Gouken hadn't have thrown him out of his dojo because he wanted revenge on Sagat for killing his father. Dan still made his own fighting style though.

How many reps can YOU do? I have yet to try it but I'll take your word for it. Out of the 2 years I've spend playing this game, I have yet to see that infinite outside XMVSF. Now that game is BROKEN. Never seen so many perfects in any other VS game lol.
By the way, have you ever tried/seen Magneto's rainbow infinite?

Oh yuck, That combo was a ***** to master... I still don't have it down to an exact science yet.
I Originally hooked into Mags in X-Men COTA, Played him through the rest of the series where he was avalable (And was the Original reason why I hooked into Onslaught in MVC1
