I could see a couple scenarios where Prime loses. If Doomsday and Lobo engage Prime and Magneto and Doom can escape somewhere to buy some time, Doom could create a device that could amplify Magneto's powers to combat Prime, or augment and use his machine that siphoned Silver Surfer's powers on Prime, leaving him a normal man and at Doomsday's mercy (or lack there of).

What's with the sudden burst of Superman Prime threads?

Prime can control time and space, none of these guys should be able to touch him.

Can he control immortality from gods?

And im sure Dr. Doom could EASILY create an invention to alter these effects.

Which would effect Lobo, how?

If superman has blood, Magneto goes in for the taking, while Dr. Doom cooks up a ingenius plan and invention.

Venom would be sending in tendrils to clean the stink out of his head, supermans, and im sure lobo would be completely busy at annhiliating him.

If Prime is as powerful as everyone on this board is making him out to be, then he'd probably be a better match for Spectre...

But here's a fun scenario.

Round 1
Magneto and Doom create a plot where they send Doomsday after Prime. Lobo flies Doomsday over to Prime, where he launches him like a missle at Prime. The two have at it for awhile, but eventually Prime does some wacky thing and kills Doomsday. He hasn't figured out where Doomsday came from or who else in involved.

Round 2
Lobo returns later on and picks up Doomsday's body and flies back to their hideout where they put Doomsday in a regeneration chamber that Doom designed and Magneto built. It speeds up Doomsday's evolution tremendously, so that he evolves and revives in minutes. Then Lobo (who always knows where Prime is, since he's a tracker) flies Doomsday back to Prime to fight and die again.

They repeat that for rounds 3-10, all of which takes place over the course of a day.

Round 11
The next day, Lobo does recon and identifies Prime's one weakness - his solar energy stores. When he gives the cue, Magneto, Doom, Venom and Doomsday all emerge from Magneto's wormhole at different locations. Magneto takes cover away from the battlefield and bends light away from Prime, while simultaneously absorbing solar (EM) energy from him. It doesn't take Prime out, since he's stored so much, but it makes him a bit more vulnerable. Magneto also exerts control over Prime's blood, which STILL doesn't stop him, but slows him down A LOT. He can no longer move at light speed because of the pain of his body turning against him. Venom and Lobo provide the destraction so that Prime can't find and demolish Magneto. Venom tries to take over Prime and while he's doing that, Lobo pounds on Prime. Doom's device, meanwhile, re-directs the solar energy Magneto is removing from Prime into himself. Eventually, Superman resists Venom's attempt, but is having more trouble doing it than he was expecting (why's he not hitting as hard anymore and why does his body hurt so much?). He throws Venom into space, burning him up in the process. and finally takes it to Lobo, taking him out too. He realizes that someone is absorbing his energy and doing something to him internally, but before he pinpoints what's going on, Magneto opens a wormhole and out comes Doomsday - immune to just about every attack. Doomsday, now stronger than ever, and Prime, now significantly weaker than he was before (and getting weaker), battle on.

But even with DD immune to physical attack, to heat vision, to cold breath, to the ring and to the sword, he STILL eventually loses, because PRIME CAN MAKE ANY POWER HE WANTS (which is why he sucks). So he pulls some crazy new shit out of his ass, and after a VERY long, VERY hard battle, DD goes down again.

But Prime is extremely weak and tired. But now he can finally locate the source of all that energy he's losing. Then, one final wormhole opens, and a being crackling with energy emerges.

It's Doom-Prime!

Prime no longer has enough power to fend off yet another opponent, least of all one who stole all of his power as re-directed by Magneto. Eventually, even Prime falls.

Doom-Prime and Magneto are victorious!

(then Doom tries to take over the world, whereupon he's beaten without incident by the Fantastic Four)

all the enemies listed for this match are non-cosmic. Even lobo and doomsday would have no chance against prime. He's the living incarnation of the sun, with powers from beyond the borders of space and time.

No need for all this work. Remember the writer's get out of jail free card: it was all a dream.

What the hell is Venom doing in this?

Prime is no match for spectre (or several hundred other god-types in the DCU), but is more than a match for most marvel charachters, especially the mortal coprorial ones

You left out Doom killing off the rest of his pitiful teammates, and then goes on his way to smack up Thanos and Darkseid, so he can figure out which one of them stole Doom's favorite Hostess cherry fruit pies.
