Well, I never demand issue numbers, because not everybody has that at their fingertips. Just a specific description of what happened. GalacticStorm was very specific, which is why I believed him. I didn't question whether he took a shot from Galactus or Thanos, either.

He can absorb her attack into his armor then blast a sh!t load of energy from his gaunlet like he did to Warlock and kill her.

She might be powerful but her durablity is <<<Adam Warlock, Kang, or Magus. A direct hit from Doom's gauntlet and she's going to be in a hurting, a full gauntlet blast and she's dead meat.

By the way, Warlock was suprising Doom, and all it took was for the Doctor to turn around and release his blast to put Warlock out cold.

You're speaking like Doom doesn't have any defenses, or doesn't plan on attacking back. Nonsense.

Doom probably wouldn't need his shield up anyway. Storm begins making her little storm thing and Doom blasts her with whatever energy blast he happens to have that week in his gauntlets.

I'll put my money on the "Super Liver-and-Onions Surprise Blast". An energy blast made out of what he had for lunch that day. Because he's just that awesome.

Lets end this they both have multiple ways of taking each other out. Doom has various weaponry built into his armor plus his combat expertise. His armor also gives him more durability. However without that armor he's a mere man. Storm lacks the durability afforded by armor but shes far more manouevrable her powers give her an awesome arsenal to use against Doom basically the whole freaking sky. Shes adept at taking out electrical systems and bypassing forcefields. They both have their pros and cons and we all have our different opinions but until this confrontation happens all we can go on is what has already happened in the comics. What happened was Storm took him out and he retreated simple as. Im not gonna say she could it with ease in a second encounter but id like to think based on previous events that she'd hold her own and she stands a very good chance of being the victor.

"However without that armor he's a mere man."

Most irrelevant point ever. Without Storm's powers she's a mere woman. What?

"What happened was Storm took him out and he retreated simple as. Im not gonna say she could it with ease in a second encounter but id like to think based on previous events that she'd hold her own and she stands a very good chance of being the victor."

We both know that he had his shield down. Don't we? If we both have the comic, we both know.

Secondly, I don't believe she has. I think there's no more that can be said. The way it rests, a majority believe Doom walks it, with good reason. You believe what you want, it's the way of the world.

He never had his shield down storms attack depleted its energy reserves therefore he vacated the castle before she finished him off. If you have the comic then you know that to be the truth.

That still stands. Debate closed

We're refering to the Castle's Shield? Be careful, I actually own the comic. I'm not gonna "take your word" for it.

"That still stands. Debate closed"

It's also still your opinion. Debate dusted.

Incorrect we're not referring to his castles shield. At the end of the day she kicked him outta his own castle. They havent fought sice. Im gonna scan some images from the comic and upload them so carry on talking your rubbish!!!

How does Storm chase Doom out of his castle? Doesn't he have those halls lined with alligater powered machine guns or dinosaur lasers or anything?

He fled cos storm was tearing it apart she went temporarily mad with her power it was down to her claustrophobia and doom having trapped her in statue form. She attacked him which depleted his armors shields and he fled

But it's inside his own freakin castle. You'd think he'd have some kind of defenses in there.

Well that speaks for your gamesplaying skills. You achieved what the real Doom could not in his own castle

Hmm, did some research. What do you know, he's right. Storm was trapped in amber, which made her go crazy. She got out and started talking like she was the Dark Phoenix. She completely drained Doom's entire electronic system, shield first, then started making speeches, saying, "Do you fear me? You should! You shall!". It took Colossus to talk her down for Storm to calm down and not kill EVERYBODY there, X-men included.

Doom didn't actually flee his castle, though. He tried to flee, but that was when Storm drained him. The X-men agreed to leave after Doom turned over the prisoner they were there to rescue.

That was an unusually brutal Storm, though. Still owned Doom...

Heck yeah I did.

You know, half of these threads could be solved with a simple game of Marvel vs. Capcom 2.

Yeah. Magneto and Storm are the two most powerful characters in that game.

Iceman isn't that good. He's just tricky because he doesn't take chip damage.
