I dont give Uconn any chance. NC could be not without Lawson and they seem to not play their hardest all the time so I could see them slipping up. I like Pitt the most out of the #1's. Duke can beat anyone when they are hitting their shots from outside, but if they struggle they are very vulnerable.
Well, I had WVU in the Elite 8, so I need USC (if they win, which they should) to knock off Mich State(which I was going to pick anyway but then decided not too) and Dayton to knock of Kansas so nobody in my group gains those points on me.
What a let down the ACC was. Wake, FSU, Clemson, BC all go down. I had Clemson as my Oklahoma upset too. I figured BC would go out 2nd round quick but didnt think that would go down to the weak Pac-10.
Well I knew USC would win with the way they had been playing, but I had Wake and FSU in the Sweet 16, and I considered picking FSU to beat Pitt, too. Thank god I didn't.
I've seen that happen a lot more times than I've seen somebody call a time out when there aren't any left, but never in a situation as crucial as that. And, IMO, it wasn't as stupid Webber's.
Can't wait til Nova/Duke, that's gonna be a hell of a game.
New coach for U.K. we just fired Billy G. today....after two years... but whatever. Kinda early to fire him in my opinion. But then again he was the highest paid state employee.
Yea but most coaches at big schools don't make 2 million a year plus get multi million dollar one time bonuses and things of that nature. He made over 4 million dollars in 2 years with basically no results. And like I said I don't think he had enough time, but then again getting 4 million dollars while the program suffers seems like a decent argument for firing him.
