I Blacked Out Several Times During Fantastic Four, At Some Point During One Of These Blackouts The Lady Puking In Her Popcorn Bucket Missed Trying To Turn Away From The Scren And Got..... Well You Know All Over My Shirt..... It Was Oddly Satisfying By Comparison Lol JK But That Movie Is Petty Gross.....
Requiem for a Dream is a movie i remember right now. I thought a scene of sex orgy would be good in movies, but the one in Requiem is just sick, i felt bad when i saw Jennifer Connely there. The entire movie is somekind of disturbing, specially when your mother is watching it in the same room
I can name at least 500 movies that falls into that category but there's this one movie that I regret watching but can't seem to forget. This movie is so sick that watching it will make you nautious, then give you a pounding headache, and then the ending will make wanna vomit uncontrollably is (drum rolls) the 2000 remake of FOG. The wooden and disturbingly bad performances of the entire cast from Selma to Tom to the ludicrously moronic sci-fi effects, to the whole movie that was supposed to be scary but ended up being confusingly funny. I was wondering why am I naive enough to rent any movies that has Tom Welling in it? Why did Selma whom I always considered an underrated good actor had anything to do with this movie? Why, Why, why???? This movie makes you realize that just having the superior sci-fi effects of this day and age can't make up for a bad plot line paired up with annoyingly good-looking, empty headed, sans skills actors. And that your bad co-actors can have devastating effects on even a good actress.

Hmm...The sickest movie in da world would have to be...well..I've yet to see a movie that sickens me. The Hills Have Eyes has quite a bit of awesome gore in it, but none enough to sicken me.
Men Behind the Sun, Audition, Ichi the Killer, August Underground, Tetsuo The Ironman, Man Bites Dog, Guinea Pig: Devil's Experiment, Salo: or the 120 days of Sodom
I thought Salo was the sickest until I saw Men Behind the Sun. That was just twisted.
You saw August Underground? I'm kind of curious about that movie, but don't really want to invest money into buying it blindly, seeing as I've heard more bad things then good things.
Men Behind the Sun is definately bad, though I think Salo is much worse.
Not yet but I am getting August Underground's Mordem, supposed to be sicker than the first even, thought not as powerful. I want the first but it's actually hard to find.
I'll come back with an update for A.U.M.
Also getting Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, looking forward to seeing this one.
Henry is great, one of my favorites. Not as sick as some of the other films mentioned in this thread, but far and away a much better film then almost all of them.
I had just caught Guinea Pig 1 the other day and though the first 3/4 of it was overrated and unrealistic compared to films like Men Behind the Sun, and then I got to the eyeball scene. I think it nearly made up for the rest of the film.
You should see the other films in the Guinea Pig series, the first one, while being the most purely depraved, isn't as intense as some of the others. The Flower of Flesh and Blood is pretty much the same thing as the Devils Experiment - a fake snuff film - but it's far gorier. This is the most infamous one in the series because Charlie Sheen mistook it for a real snuff film and an invensigation ensued, as a result it was banned in American for a while. Much better then Devils Experiment.
However, in my opinion, the best, and most disgusting one is Mermaid in the Manhole, truley a sick film that is. Also the only one that has a real artistic purpose and theme. It's like an arthouse gore-flick. Also the one about the guy who can't die is pretty neat, great dark humor in that one.
