Not true, He could of made the assumption that everyone knew that Thor was RKT so put him in here... He is in the fight, and from what i know if they dont specify other-wise its current. Where did you read that Surfer can only exceed lightspeed in hyperspace?
Surfer usually does not go faster than Mach 10 on Earth. Does that mean that he can't? Surfer once traversed every cubic inch of the earth in a second. That's a lot faster than Mach 10, don't you think?
Near limitless, limitless, what's the difference? How can you be "near-limitless" anyway?
Speed is not an object to the Surfer. He can exist at every moment in time at once. Effectively, his speed is limitless. Wally can't compete with that. Surfer is everything he is and much more. Wally wouldn't be able to withstand on attack from Surfer. If you think Flash can beat Surfer, no offense, but you need your screws tightened.

No, as it clearly states in the rules I posted if the thread starter doesn't specify which version of the character we use, we take the current version. As you and I both know the current version of Thor is RTK.
Thor with the wisdom of the runes knows and See's all, so he knows what Flash is going to do before Flash can even do it. Thus the JLA lose

Wally either goes back in time and makes sure that SS's parents and Thor's parents never consumated, thus they die. Or he steals both their speeds and they can't move.

Besides that Thor(RtK) could just freeze Flash in time like he did Mangog. While flash stands there helpless Thor can kill the rest of his team right before his eyes.
I wasn't suggesting at all that Wally could beat SS. I was suggesting that if anything, Wally would provide a couple second distraction and that's all Kyle and Hal would need to make a power cosmic dampener or something. However, this is RKT so SS and Thor win.

Ok. Still, Surfer can take Hal on and even beat him. Even if this was regular Thor, Surfer could give him the power cosmic, and the two of them could stomp Hal.

I was suggesting that if anything, Wally would provide a couple second distraction and that's all Kyle and Hal would need to make a power cosmic dampener or something. However, this is RKT so SS and Thor win.
