I'm in love with football again. The glorious Dons avenged the weekend defeat and beat United 2-1, with 10 men. Ludicrously dodgy last minute penalty for Rangers in their game vs Hearts means the Dons nip into 4th in the league. Hibs lost too so we're only 5 points off 3rd place. Excellent, excellent results this fine evening.

Americans add throwing, pads, alter the length of the game etc, i.e. change it completely yet still call it football.
Then they call the original soccer, and expect the rest of the world to adopt this bastard name. Pish.
From hence forth American football shall be known as "soccer." by me.
