I like when Darth Vaders mask and helmet are first installed on his head.... its dead silence and you just hear him breathing.... not a quote, but a great sound, gave me chills...
Jar Jar does speak. Listen closely when Anakin first arrives on Coruscant and the senators meet him. He says something like "Excuse me" under his breath. I didn't notice it til the second viewing.
The closeup of Vader's mask being put on..and the only sound you can hear is one breath..is my favorite moment in the film.
For some reason the more I think about it the more I like the few lines of dialogue between Sidious and Master Windu before their duel. I love the way he says "I AM the Senate."

i have a couple. Obi- i loved you but i could not save you. and i have failed you anakin. Darth Siddius- Rise Lord Vadar. Anakin- If you are not with me than you are my emeny. and I hate you! these were my favorite ones.
