i started watching ol boxing matches (muhammad ali v.s Sonny liston) i wasn't too impressed at all... and i watched some ol videos with bruce lee training and i was very impressed....

Bruce Lee is definitely quicker..and a better all around fighter..I can't believe anyone is still debating this fight. The only chance in hell Mohammud has is if he takes this fight to the boxing ring..I mean damb..To Bruce..fighting was a freaking religion..Mohammud was just an arrogant SOB who knew how to talk a good game and use his abilities well in the ring. He was a great boxer..but in a street brawl with someone of Bruce's calibur..he'd be sorely outmatched..

All the rope a dope and durability in the world would not enable Ali the ability to withstand a kick to the leg, thighs, ankles, shins..whatever..Bruce is quick enough to avoid many of the blows that Ali would be throw..He'd evade him quite easily..and go for the legs, which as everyone knows..are the major weakpoints in the western boxing fighting style..

Actually I've studied martial arts for quite some time. Boxing is a sport that has set rules...something that doesn't really demonstrate one's complete fighting ability well. Mohammud was a great boxer and tactician in the "boxing ring"..probably one of the best..but he wasn't nearly as dedicated to the study of "fighting arts" as Bruce..Sheer logic tells me that Bruce wins this in a street fight..I doubt he could do much to Ali in the boxing ring however..
