Collossus wins this. If he was being ruthless he could just punch through logans stomach and drag out his internal organs lets see how long it takes him to heal that. It has already been shown that wolverines claws scratch collossus' armour but nothing more. Wolverine doesnt have the strength to make them pierce through.
