There is no doubt in my mind that he could have easily defeated Yoda, Anakin, Mace, and Sidious all at once while blindfolded and eating a sandwich

Yoda mayjor Duh! then Obi-wan then the forgotten Qui-gon Jinn he dies in the first movie and he's forgotten poor guy then Luke and what i find stupid what was the point of having a twin sister Leia she gets to nothing no fighting and no Jedi bit for her :P

victory, Plo Koon was a powerful warrior who often took
decisive action to achieve his goals.
The Force ran strong in Plo Koon's family, and he came
from a long line of Kel Dor Jedi Knights. As Plo Koon, like
all Kel Dor, grew up in an atmosphere containing little
oxygen, he had to wear an anti-ox mask to filter out oxygen
while on other planets. He also had highly developed
extrasensory organs which increased his awareness
during conflict. Plo Koon was more martial a Jedi than
most. Kel Dor natives had a reputation for seeing moral issues in black and white, with clear distinctions between right and wrong. As such, he often took decisive action with little contemplation.
Though some would see this as a flaw - especially in a Jedi - Plo's decisiveness actually aided him and the Republic greatly during the Stark Hyperspace War. After Master Tyvokka - who was once Plo's Master - was killed, Plo rallied the Republic forces and led them to victory. His actions in the conflict granted him the title of Jedi Master, and a place on the Jedi High Council. Plo hoped his good friend, Qui-Gon Jinn, would someday sit on the Council also, but the maverick Jedi Master was killed by a Sith Lord during the Battle of Naboo. Plo attented his cremation, and the Naboo victory celebrations afterward.
Plo was awesome in EU but had no role in EpIII really heh. but not many Jedi had a role, I think Aayla Secura was awesome but she had no role either =P
