 Doctor doom vs spiderman, captain america, wolverine and daredevil.

Based on the threads spidey vs cap, wolvie and devil, and iron man vs spidey, cap, wolvie and devil, now powerful amored mastermid doctor victor von doom ( without preparation time) fight against spider man, captain america, wolverine and daredevil. Who would win? Doom is capable of beat any of them alone, but all toghether?
